The hotel beach is not very big but there are a lot of beaches in N.Marmaras.

Room is very spacious and clean with balcony and beautiful sea view. Beds are big and very comfortable. Staff was extremely polite and welcoming. They have also a great restaurant, food is very well made and hotel has a private parking lot. Great place for sumer vacation with excellent location. There is big supermarket, bakery and lots of local restaurants in the neighbourhood. Definitely planning to come here again!

The bathroom - it really needs renovation and a deep cleaning. The shower was awful - the shower rail was broken, it was hanging in the wall in one point only, the shower cabin was missing one of the two doors, so with only one door, the water was splashing all over the bathroom floor. The soap dispenser, the hygienic glass and the sink battery (tap) had limescale deposits and dirt/soap deposits. The water pressure during the weekend was inexistant, we barely managed to wash ourselves with a weak flow of water. The shower cabin frame seemed to never have been cleaned, it was filthy, blackened with dirt, soap deposits, mold, hair, and limescale deposits. The floor of the shower cabin was also dirty in the corners, a sign that the cleaning was never well done. The toilet bowl was stained and not thourougly cleaned at the back of the toilet bowl lid. There was a constant awful sewerage smell in the bathroom, which estompated if we kept the toilet bowl lid closed. However, we kept the bathroom door closed, as the smell still existed. Some of the towels we received were stained, freshly washed, but stained. The bed linen was quite worn out, but it was clean.

We liked the location of the acommodation, it was right next to the beach, close to tavernas and a supermarket. We did not use the beach to the front of the hotel, as it was small and we preferred to visit one beach per day, travelling by car. The room was spacious, modern, good looking, clean, good dimensions for the fridge (not the usual small mini-bar type). We had a nice balcony, facing the inner yard, and we had electric sun-blinds, which was a very useful feature. We even had a Romanian TV channel :). The host was lovely, there is a parking yard, accesible by the room card. The breakfast was pretty good, however, it would have been nice to have a greater diversity, or at least to change the foods once every a couple of days. Sometimes, around 10 o'clock, there was barely any food left, and no refill was made.

The hotel is on the beach and restaurant is part of the hotel with affordable prices. Hotel environment is very peaceful. Neos Marmaras is about 20 minutes away on foot, although it can also be reached by tourist train.

The only thing that could be better is sunbeds on the hotel beach. This is not a negative expression, but compared to all other services in the hotel ( which are perfect), this can be improved.

From my point of view, and expectation, perfect accommodation for family vacation. The apartment was exceptionaly clean, comfortable. Restoran with delicious food and very good breakfest, with normal prices. Beach is right next to the hotel. Private secure parking is available. All recommendations.

The breakfasts were excellent. The location was excellent. The staff was excellent, very helpful and very very friendly. Rooms were kept clean and fresh towels and linens everyday. The beach was wonderful with umbrellas and lounge chairs. Crystal clear water for swimming. Will definitely come again and recommend to our friends neighbors and family.

This place isnt a perfect 10 rating for kids. It is satisfactory, but if you have very small children you may prefer a place with large backyard. This isnt a complaint, just heads up for someone with really small children.

Value, this place is great. As of July 2022 you can dismiss all bad comments about breakfast. This is my first time here, so I cannot judge what it was like before. But breakfast we had was really good. Great selection and my only concern have proved wrong. Everything else about this place is great, it has already been written on the commnents.

We had a really pleasant stay at Meliton Inn! The hospitality and friendly attitude of the owners and staff made it even more pleasant! The 2 bedroom suite we got was spacious, very clean, nicely designed and well equipped, with large balconies and a beautifull sea view. Air Conditioning works great in case you need it, but we enjoyed the sea breeze instead in the evenings when was cooler. Cleaning service daily in the suite. The location of the property is great few steps from their private beach where they provide their guests with chairs and umbrellas. Private parking for their guests. The owners were Wonderful, always ready to fulfill our requests. We will definately come back!

We really liked the hotel as a new-wed couple. We liked the location. it`s just near the sea, the nice friendly stuff and a good price. We appreciate especially a man who was working in the hotel who gave us a lift to the city center for free when we were in rush for our bus. My husband is an Orthodox priest and we just really enjoyed the old city and especially the Church of Prophet Elias on the very top of it. Come and visit Neos Marmaras! It is amazing

The bathroom has a window but not a vent system. But there is not a very big problem, after all.

A very nice hotel on the beach with very friendly and helpful staff. We had a triple room. The room and the bathroom are very clean, it has a big balcony and air-condition, tv, refrigerator, hair-drier in the bath-room. Towels were changed every day. The breakfast was very good. The hotel beach is nice, they also provide sun-beds but in Greece it's a must to visit e different beach every day. There are some very good taverns nearby. The center is at 1.5 km - a nice walk. There's also the possibility to take a tourist "train" which tours the entire Neos Marmaras. The hotel staff - great people! We had a wonderful time and we definitively recommend this cozy hotel. Thank you for everything.
