Tha Casino was not functioning. We could not enter because the card machine did not work. I think you need to offer discounts for more people to come. The hotel seems under utilized. The indoor pool should be free to all residents. The indoor pool needs maintenance

Although we had paid for all the accommodation in advance and paid for all the additional services, on departure we were told that we had to pay an additional fee as they had not agreed with Booking about it. It wasn't our fault, but we had to pay for it. There was no way that all visitors with bookings through Booking had to do that. In general, our disagreement did not lead to anything, because it was supposed to. The problem was in Booking, but we had to pay. It generally spoiled the feeling of our whole stay.

-Half board only includes breakfast and dinner in the buffet restaurant, which is a bit repetitive. They have themed dinners (Asian, Mexican, etc) but we only liked the food during the Greek one. We changed dinner once to have lunch instead and the receptionist didn’t seem very happy about it. The lady from guest services was quite okay with it tho. Generally it’s not allowed so make sure you plan your meals in advance and consider how many days you’ll eat outside. Would have been amazing to be able to choose freely whether we wanted to have lunch or dinner, and at which restaurant. -The fact that the hotel is 1.5h away from the airport is not fun. A tip: the hotel has shuttle service, and it’s way cheaper than a taxi.

Loved the pools, the spa and the proximity to the beautiful beach. The staff were super friendly, and the room was lovely. Great breakfast too.

The facilities are dated, especially the bathroom. It could be a bit cleaner as well. The Wi Fi is nonexistent. The TV wasn’t working (not a problem :). In my opinion the staff started preparing for the summer season a bit late - they were painting and cleaning the pools when the hotel was already packed with guests (beginning of May) - it smelled horribly of paint.

The location is great. The sea is very clean. The food was very good and fresh and the staff is doing their best.

Bed and pillow to replace with new. Breakfast needs to be more diversed. The grass on the golf course, but even on the football field, is in bad condition.

Staff seems well trained, enough quantity and friendly. Location, as always, is exceptional, with a lot of space and amenities. Rooms are ready for refurbishment, I suppose that due to this price is acceptable. Dinner was always very good, with a lot of various choices. Sweets could improve variety, but acceptable. Internet is ok, also on the beach.

3 euros for a bottle of water in restaurant for dinner served by a extremely unpleasant lady for a whole time we were there!

Whole place is nice and worth the money you spend for it, beach is great, food also, lot of places to walk or run around resort, recommend the boat ride to Neos Marmaras if the day is not for swimming.

We have half board, breakfast and dinner were included. Dinner was okay and changed menu everyday,breakfast are same though… Other food and drinks are too pricy. If just one bottle of water are served at the table, impression gonna be quite good. 5 minimum stay is too much for us.

Beautiful beach :) It’s a big hotel and close to Marmaras! We could see the hotel is getting old but well maintained and cleaned the hotel and rooms.

Despite the setting and the facilities the place needs a renovation according to current day comfort and interior design standards. The wall-to-wall carpets in the halls are completely run down and have a bit of a smell. The buffet food was not very good, as most was processed and canned. Extreme prices for drinks and extra food. A limonade was €5 and came from a big Fanta bottle stored in the sun without the lid, so resulting in a warm drink without gaz, full of ice. Same for the long drinks. Cocktails are to sweat and too pricey. No pool or beach service. In total OK experience but not worth the steep price.

Wonderful location and premises, built with a vision in the '70s. 2 pools, including separate safe kids pool with slides and kids activities. Different restaurant and a beach bar on the private beach and typical poolbar in the water. We were upgraded to a gigantic suite with separate salon with nice balcony facing both beach and port, so very pleasant room. Buffet for both breakfast and dinner.

It’s enormous- Vegas big and Vegas style property - something that doesn’t sit well with my idea of being in Greece - too many children running around and screaming- they even went to look and touch my car without permission

Most of the staff at the breakfast area was very rude.

a stray dog chased the kids, one of them was bitten. we reported it to the staff and the second day the dog was still there chasing other guests. for demi-pension guests water is not included during dinner. large beer (7 eur) is served in cups similar to starbucks medium coffee.

The hotel is rather old and beside renovated rooms which are very good, the joint area still need to be renovated and you can feel some smell of old carpets throughout halls. Also in your view range from the right side there is another Porto C.hotel which is total ruin and is not working for couple of decades. The Spa is extra charged 70€ per day for family with kids, and plus 100€ per person if you like shortest massages which will be quite expensive for some families, especially if you are planning longer stays.

Small details should be improved: - there was no cooling system in the room so we needed to turn the heating off and sleep with balcony door open - complimentary water was not present at arrival time and was missing on the last day as well - the bath was missing amenities as dental kit or body milk you would expext from a 5-star hotel - tv should be bigger in 2023 :) - the gym MUST BE better equiped and cleaner. It has rusty old machines, there is no extra weights, and it is not clean.

Exceptionally friendly and professional staff. Food variety and quality was outstanding as well. The whole complex is perfectly blended into the nature, and even in April out of season you can go on the beach, have a drinks in one of the bars by the pool or just have a walk around the golf fields. The spa is nice but it is of extra charge and except the thalasoterapy pool, it is average.
