the shower needed some serious cleaning and sealing - it leaked and flooded the floor badly. If the shower could be renovated asap the room would be greatly improved

Nothing important really! A kettle and a higher shower would have nailed perfection, but that’s just our preferences.

Buffet breakfast would be better. The set breakfast was a bit boring after 6 nights. There was no fruit.

Perfect location with views to the port. 2 minutes walk to town centre. Nice rooms, small but comfortable with a balcony to the port. The staff was amazing. From reception, to breakfast staff to cleaning staff! Good breakfast, unfortunately no buffet. Would deffo go back next time.

Very convenient location, 5 mins walk from the ferry. Great to be in town near all the restaurants with a lovely view of the boats & port from our balcony. Family room was excellent for our family 2 adults & 2 children (10 & 17 years old)

Shower leaked onto floor and slight smell of the sewers. This was explained by the staff as a result of the recent storms and part flooding and would be rectified.

Aircon smelled so had to switch it off and sleep with windows open. Although the weather was cool enough to do this, having the windows open exposed me to all the noise from road and bars so I did not sleep that well.

Showers fittings loose. No fan in bathroom. No tissues in room. Unusual making of bed. No complimentary coffee or tea sachets. Bad lighting design. No full-length mirror.

For an "Executive Double Room" bathroom was tiny and superuncomfortable, no hold for the telephone shower, you need to contorsion your self not to wet the whole tiny space because the crystal is clearly insufficient. No glasses in the room, sheets were old and some times even torn. Air Conditioning thermostat barely worked so you have to switch on and off to have reasonable temperature in the room.

Location is great, and view is beautiful; breakfast and the lady attending it was excellent. It was quite peaceful. Room decoration is good, and installations are quite new. Small fridge quite convenient.

My allocated room 306 had an awful drain gas smell that wouldn't go, so i had to change rooms after notifying reception twice. Has modern touch keypad to control for the room entry, lighting and aircon. Managed to work it out but Could possibly confuse some people. Maybe have some instructions available on how to use.

Place is in a great location on the port, ideal for the ferry. Has very clean comfy rooms.

The only thing I would say, it would be great to have tea & coffee facilities in your room. Apart from that - excellent - will come back again..

The toilet cistern took over two hours to fill. So you couldn’t flush the toilet.

Dirty and unhygienic room - table right next to bed was not only full of dust but also there were used eye lentils! Disgusting. It was visible at the first sight so apparently clearing lady did not do the job properly. Of course the question Is if there Is ANY cleaning lady considering the state of the room. It is a tiny room so the only table by the bed should have been spotless! In addition, I am alergic to dust. Mould in the rusty bathroom - full of water calc and mould. Apparently have not been cleaned for Ages. Smell in the room (apparently from the mouldy bathroom) Unavailable reception - we Checked in at 15.00 (the erlieast time for check in). At 16.00 we went downstairs to solve the issues regarding the room out. We were told by the guy from the hotel bar, that the lady from reception Is not available till 18-19 and unfortunatelly, he did not have the competences for solving the issues. We traveled whole night so we were exhausted And ready for bed. Unfortunatelly that did not happened as the room was not ready (even though it should have been since 15.00) Although we did not get what we paid for the owner refused to give us the money back. She offered 21 EURO discount. Due to the state of room and hygienic conditions and standards we decided to leave the hotel at our own expences. We moved to nearby appartments Neap*lis 21 which were excelent! And for the same Price. I do not recommend this hotel.

Booked a double bed and two single beds, one couple and two single people. They gave us two double beds and basically said too bad. Very poor.
