The air conditioning was terrible, because the equipment is too old and the noise was so high, that was not possible to sleep during working of the air conditioning!!!!

I didn’t like several things: 1. The room mini fridge didn’t work properly and we complained but they didn’t fix it. 2. The sunbeds on the beach are VERY limited and for the amount of guests in this hotel you have to get up at 6 am to find a free sunbed. 3. The hallways were really poorly lit and night and it made me trip on the carpet one time 4. The breakfast buffet was amazing but the room that it was in was so hot we couldn’t even stay for more than 15 min. They didn’t have AC and they didn’t open the windows because of bugs

The breakfast was without variety and the staff was really slow. There is only one air conditioner in the junior suite so if you close the door between the rooms it gets pretty hot. Lots of stairs to get to the pool and the beach, not accessible at all. The shower was not insulated well so the water leaks to the bathroom floor when showering. Have to have a car since nothing is in walking distance.

The saltwater pool was great, and the private beach so close to the hotel as well. There is also a smaller pool for toddlers which my daughter enjoyed. The grounds are spacious and green. The room (we had the junior suite) was spacious and functional and had a nice balcony. There is a small playground for the kids and a room they can play in as well. The pool snack bar was nice as well as the restaurant next to the beach. We stayed in the middle of August but it didn't feel crowded at all. All and all, a nice place for a family stay.

Unnecessarly the owners were there and acted like owners, who are micromanaging their staff. In a hotel the guests should be served first, not the owners. In a hotel shouldn't be any fixed,reserved table for the owners, because they are owning the whole place. The staffs are in the kitchen area exhausted,however the personnel at the pool and beach side is amazing. One specific waiter is definately shoudln't be a waiter at all.

The hotels in the middle of nowhere , so to go out you always need a taxi. Waiting time for taxi is 20 min. One day hotel manager just restrict us to go for diner (was not prepared in our case) . The arguments, that we have our children’s can not eat See food every day did not help. Very unfriendly women You can not add to the room bill anything. Even a rockets for table tennis they want you to be payed .

Nice place to be with the kids. Play grounds with personal looking after your kids. Super nice guys at the pool bar. Good restaurant for the dinner which is cheaper as diner at the hotel.

We were given a room on the top floor and the room was very warm. It is impossible to stay inside w/o the AC running all of the time. For us this was not so comfortable.

The small gaps between the time the restaurant was closed and the rocks on the beach.

The fact it was not very crowded, that it was very green, that you could find everything you needed close by. We were with our baby and it was perfect for us.

Although very helpful and considerate - some of the staff could have been a bit more friendly and inviting, explain more about hotel services and what to do in area.

Great location with beautiful and clean beach and view. Quiet and hospitable. Close to nearby beaches and restaurants (a few minutes drive). We loved falling asleep to the sound of the waves and looking at the quiet waters.

The hotel is well kept, the rooms are clean and comfortable. Very comfortable for children. Large garden with lots of greenery and olive trees. The biggest minus is the breakfast.

The only day we wanted to spend at the hotel beach, there were no sunbeds available (10.30AM), but we moved to the pool (also salted water) and it was great.

The hotel is nice, looks exactly like the photos, daily cleaning & changing of the towels. The garden is amazing, freshly mowed lawn and palms & olive trees everywhere. Sunbeds at the beach are free if you purchase a drink from the bar. The restaurant has even better prices than the other taverns.

Good breakfast,. The garden rooms are the best in my view. Close proximity to the pool/play area and the space outside the room extends to the garden feeling even bigger. Great location, as it is close to Poseidi village.

What could be better: 1. Pillows are very hard and uncomfortable 2. Some services promised on the site but unavailable (see sauna) or massage (external partners with whom the hotel collaborates very unserious - appointments was made but did not honor it) 3. The surveillance atmosphere in the hotel's restaurant (you feel watched by the workers who walk continuously through the tables and look at you insistently as if you are guilty of something) 4 Too many activities or services with additional costs. We are on vacation in a 4-star hotel 5 More kindness and smile on the lips of the staff. It makes a lot of a kind welcome and a smiling face. We, the tourists, are the ones who pay for all the services

We really liked the location of the hotel, away from the bustle and noise of a crowded resort, the large and well-groomed garden, the large and beautifully furnished common spaces. Breakfast not very varied but OK. Beautiful and spacious beach (we really did not mind the portions with stones) with umbrellas and sunbeds. Very good food and service at the tavern in the resort (congratulations to the staff).

Honestly I think it’s a bit overpriced. We had a single 9btu air-conditioner in our room that could never manage to cool down the temperatures in our room even when switched on at 16 degrees celsius full blast till the morning. We didn’t sleep comfortably because of the warm temperatures. Another thing is that the moment you go out of your room all electricity goes off immediately and you couldn’t even let a phone/laptop charge while you’re out for dinner or so… water pressure wasn’t that great and hot water never really existed in the bathroom. The most irritating thing is that if you go out in the balcony for a few minutes (let’s say to smoke a cigarette or so), the ac shuts down immediately and you constantly need to switch it on over and over again. But overall the experience was still great. The outside of the hotel (massive garden, pool and beach area) are massive and to die for! Simply beautiful and fun!

Location is super quiet and the atmosphere at the hotel was great! Especially since bars/restaurants/etc… at the hotel stay open till late and the pool times are also extended not like usual hotels. The staff was great and very friendly, except for one particular receptionist who thinks her face might get broken if she smiles a little. Our young daughter also really enjoyed the child play area/center which opened from 6pm-10pm. Overall the experience was great, and the staff over there makes it even better, such wonderful people. We were also lucky to meet other guests which were also very nice people at the time and we enjoyed every minute.
