Room very clean. WI FI powerful, Position of the hotel is perfect to visit the city center without taking the car. Patking is quite easy in the road. Nice swimming pool.

Exceptional. Great ammenities, superb breakfast, excellent location. However the most important factor was the warmth, friendlliness, humour and attention of the staff. This hotel far exceeded our expectations and was very good value.

There was no double bed, the single beds were uncomfortable for me

Michalis and giorgos (the older) were super nice hosts, they gave many tips about i.e. eating or where to go with the kids, they entertained our kids and it was a pleasure getting to know them.

Everything was perfect! Large, clean and modern room. We loved that there was a mosquito net so no mosquitos were coming in from the balcony. Breakfast was lovely with fresh ingredients, and great views from the breakfast area. Staff were all very friendly!

Small boutique hotel with the friendlest and most helpful staff. The lobby area is beautiful with many pieces of art and furniture available to purchase. The room (junior suite) was large and very comfortable. Located just a 10minute walk to the heart of the Old town and always found parking easily near the hotel.

Just a short easy drive off of the main A90 road with plenty of free street parking nearby. It could be a little competitive at times but we always managed to find a space close to the hotel. The hotel itself was clean, modern and very comfortable. We booked a junior suite and it was a really lovely space with plenty of seating, floor space and a nice big balcony with sea and mountain views. Breakfast was served in the top floor restaurant and offered almost 360° views of Rethymno, the sea and mountains - a stunning way to start each day! Breakfast offered homemade options of local food, along with the usual cereal, fruit etc. The staff were friendly, attentive and generous with their time. The three staff at reception (George, George and Michael) were exceptional, advising us on places to go, places to eat, and sharing their Cretan pride and local knowledge to really enhance our stay. Thanks to them we visited places that we didn't find through Google searches alone. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from old town. It's a slight hill on the way back but nothing too strenuous. Rethymno was stunning and, despite going out in the car everyday to explore the beautiful Cretan scenery, there are still plenty of things to do. We will definitely be back!

Be prepared for a steep 10 minute walk up a hill to the property although taxis are easily found and cost €5-€7 from the port.

Non heated pool, kettle in room but no coffee or tea. Coffee for breakfast was usually cold. Jacuzzi bath was like a tractor running in the room. Pillows were dreadful

Very clean, calm and nice hotel. Super staff, very helpfull and good sense of humour and they prepared delicious breakfast. The location is perfect, near of the city center but far away enough for not to get noices of the bars and restaurants. It was my first visit in Crete and the hotel was the best choice for our stay.
