It was a little difficult moving to and from the hotel by car because of the busy narrow pedestrian streets.

Checking in and out was fast and easy. The room was incredibly clean and warm and the beds very comfortable. The staff was wonderful; very polite and helpful and accommodated all of our needs throughout our stay. The hotel is located in the center of the city so it is possible to get everywhere you need on foot. Additionally, the noise from the busy streets below did not reach our room.

Nothing, everything was ok and in line with the expectation, the hotel is a bit worn out but not beyond acceptable, and it is reflected in the price.

I am not pleased with the bathroom because it is small but it doesn't mater.

The breakfast was verry good, it has a lot of food and the people there are very kind. The location of the hottel is wonderful because it is center of the city.

Cabin shower’s doors didn’t close very well, so water was leaking onto the bathroom floor. But that didn't affect me very much.

The room facing to the street with a nice balcony. The furniture looks fine and new. The breakfast was OK, usual for this type of hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Wifi patchy in room. Signal fine if you moved around. So only minor issue Intermittent loud fan noise throughout night from bathroom. Not fan from turning on light. Apparently in all rooms central controlled Still good value hotel. Comfy and would stay here again. Staff brilliant.

Central location, close to shops and restaurants, in a pedestrian zone. Very kind personnel and reception. Super clean. The beds in our room (family room with two connecting rooms) were extremely confortable, air- conditioning working well. We all had good sleep. Room quiet, despite being on the site of the street. Great value for money.

We arrived very early as we had hospital appointments. Our room wasn’t ready but the receptionist lady, was very helpful offering us a drink and WiFi. The location is excellent. Taxi rank around the corner and many shops and restaurants. We will be staying there again in December.

There is nothing that one could not like.

The hotel is located in a very nice area, with a lot of shops, restaurants and bars. It is very comfortable and has private parking, which is very convenient

The bathrooms are a bit old, there are no plugs near the sink and no curtain in the shower, so it all gets wet

The room, even an upgraded one, was small, smelly with no view. The bed has a top put on mattress, which gives me a backache. All the night there is a noise from AC, even powered off, like as you are in a factory. Hard to seat on toilet,

The fresh orange juice at breakfast saved the day. The parking helps a lot. The location in the heart of one of the most vibrant city I have ever visited.
