The apartments are listed as "self-catering units" but I wasn't really aware that this would also apply to cleaning. If you want any sort of room cleaning you have to ask for it 3 days in advance. Not a big deal, just keep that in mind. Also the pillows are rock hard. I'm usually not very fussed about how soft or hard the bed is and can sleep in any position, but the pillows are a nightmare.

We did not spend too much time at the accommodation but overall I think it's good value for money. The area is quiet but still close enough to walk to Kos town (about 30 mins). The apartments are basic but are equipped with everything you need.

WiFi wasn't good, snack bar was cash only, twin bedroom had no drawers/cupboard for clothing storage.

Biggest complaint is the wifi in the room. When it worked it was really slow but mostly it just didn’t work. The one by the pool/reception was a little better.

Very clean, nice studio with kitchen and comfy beds. Mark at reception was very friendly and helpful. Location was far from city center and quiet but super close to a bike rental place so I had no issues getting around once I got there.

We stayed 3 nights in this hotel and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel and the pool are very nice and clean. The welcomig is incredible, the hosts are taking care about their guests like nowhere else, specially this year where Marc at the reception is really kind and helpful! The restaurant is good with a good rapport of quality/price. There also good restaurant in front of the sea at 5mn from the hotel. You can go to the center town by foot (30mn) or by bus (10mn). Don't hesitate go to this hotel!

Staff were super welcoming and friendly, great location, very clean, great facilities. Ilknur stayed up till we got in safe from our flight after midnight, Lorna gave us great recommendations which we followed religiously throughout our stay and loved them all! Was really helpful and friendly. Mark went out of his way to book our boat trip for us, nothing was too big of a job to do. Overall a very welcoming, relaxing and safe atmosphere which really added so much to our stay! We can’t thank them enough. Bike rental very close to location, was very affordable and worth it for stay Location was so handy! 40 minute drive from airport (€41 taxi) 15 minute cycle to Kos town centre or 30 min walk 10 min walk to stoney beach 20 min cycle to sandy beach 15 min cycle / 30 min walk to bus station

A bit out of the way but if you don't mind walking there are lovely restaurants in the area, all within a 15min walk and Kos is 10mins away on the bus. Wished the poolside bar opened later. It closed everyday at 7pm.

Clean and comfortable. Lovely pool. Apartment was always nice and cool. Good air conditioning. Loved the poolside bar for food and drink during the day. Lovely friendly staff especially Mark and Lorna. Always there to help. Would stay again.

Didn’t come with any shampoo or conditioner. Beach towels would’ve been nice too.

Very lovely property, exceeded our expectations. A bit far from the main town but about a 30 minute walk in but easy to hire bikes or cars. Staff were amazing and gave us great recommendations for restaurants and things to do. Great value for money! Clean, comfortable, has a really nice pool. Highly recommend for a budget stay.

I had a wonderful holiday with the amazing hospitality of the owners. The facility was very clean and it was a great advantage that it was close to the sea and had a pool. They gave very nice local advice about Kos.
