Perfect as always

This is our second year booking this property at the same period and we would no change it for any other in the area after having tried many. A 5min drive from Kalavryta center, with a perfect setting for our kids who can't get enough of the wide field and the river passing just in front of the property. Besides the location, this is our exact definition of value for money, with warm, clean fully equipped large rooms and staff both so kind and discrete at the same time. We booked 6 nights in total in a 10 days period and look forward to our next stay ! Highly recommended for families specially !

Wifi signal and mobile data connections were spotty, which made it challenging for trip planning. But the manager was very helpful in doing his best to improve the wifi.

There's really nothing not to like. You have to drive to see anything or to eat, but that is clear from looking at a map.

The apartment was clean and comfortable. The view outside the window was beautiful. It is a very quiet space, only a couple of km out of town, but you feel like you are out in the woods. I didn't need kitchen facilities and such for one night, but the property would easily support a longer stay.

Just wanted to say that due to working conditions, our stay had to be cancelled but when asked if we could rebook in future, not only they accepted (with no extra cost) but they also answered to each of my messages (plenty of them due to the cancelation) and our stay will be on a Saturday and not in a week day (thanks Hosts for rebboking us, even during weekend).. Being human is something rare nowadays. For us the 50 or 60 euros are too precious due that crisis has touched us and our work and during hard times in Europe, hosts have been more than understanding even though we haven't been there yet (few more days left).

Apartment localised in secluded and silent place with beautiful rock view. You can also admire the famous narrow-gauge train from the apartment. The rooms are quiet well equipped and the hosts are very kind and helpful. Great place to stay for a few days and sightseeing the surrounding of Kalavrita.

just be careful when you reach the place the sign can be easily missed and you need to drive inside the area to reach the place , once you are there you will forget from the rest of the world.

The location is charming in a heavenly made place with water side mountain view and nature nature so beautiful in this season , a bit chilly but the apartment had heating and fireplace ,

Perfect 10 for everything

After many stays in Kalavryta for the past and current year, I have to say Michel studios goes above and beyond all of them! An absolute value for money with the kindest owners, perfectly located close to the village in a truly charming location, super kids-friendly. A gem we would have rather kept all for ourselves instead of sharing, knowing that the other accommodation options can’t match this one, but it wouldn’t be fare to this great place. We booked it for the price but we will definitely come back for the clean, warm and spacious room with all needed amenities (kitchenette, fridge, water boiler, coffee machine, toaster, hairdryer etc etc etc), for the lovely owners, the attention in bringing every morning a little something extra for breakfast, the vast exterior and sound of the river. We just loved it!

Great location, right at the side of the creek and forest, we went there for a short walk and breakfast. The hotel is very nice, ring's are reasonable and the kids loved the bunk bed. Heating was also very nice to sit by on the cold night and the host was very hospitable and help with anything we needed. Great value for money though we stayed for one night only

We loved the terrace and the grass garden in front of the river with toys and balls and areas to relax. The room was spacious and bed comfortable.

Our room was a bit cramped. Especially in the kitchen corner we had hardly any space to prepare some simple food or breakfast. Some of the electrical appliances are out of date. We weren't able to clean properly the "once non sticking toaster". Also our room had only one window/small balcony on the side, so we didn't really have any view towards the lovely garden.

The place is very quiet, although it's very close to the main road. The room was clean and warm. Had everything we needed for a short stay. Outside the room there were even some logs for the fireplace. Some toast bread, butter, jam, ham and cheese, eggs, milk and orange juice available for your "make your own" breakfast, which were replenished again if consumed.

Summer insects - bees, one bites a child.

The owners were very kind and hospitable. And although breakfast was not included, extra food and drinks were provided in the fridge. The view of the mountain is simply divine.
