Location, cleanless, comfortable for family with 2 kids/ adults, hospitality of the owner, great reception at arrival, parking space, minute even less walking to the beach...everything was perfect.

I didn’t like that we were at the bottom of the building and we had no view and light whatsoever. I was waken every morning from the noises of everyone walking and speaking. The pictures in the offer were from a very different apartment.I guess it’s one of the many, but not from the one they gave us. The beach next to it is not very good.Very rocky, very deep but still it’s there if you want to use it.

The place is right in the village Center, you have a beach a few meters next to you. The staff was very attentive and caring. The place was cleaned every day.You can also park your car in the small yard which is very handy.

There was nothing I didn't like!

Everything was excellent, the studio is big and equipped with everything you need, coffee maker, tea kettle, espresso machine, plates, cups, pans etc. We only needed the espresso machine. Cleaning every day, towels changed every day. The bed is very comfortable and the pillows good quality. The air conditioner is placed at the entrance door and does not bother you at all. Katerina, the host is very polite and nice. They have an inner courtyard with parking. The location is 2 minutes from the beach, on the promenade but it is not noisy at all. On the ground floor there are apartments for families with children. I highly recommend because you get more than you pay for. 😊

Limited parking availability. There is parking on-site for 5-6 cars, but it is usually full by afternoon. The roads are narrow and sometimes the streets are closed off for pedestrians. I would leave my car on the street.

Central location and friendly staff. I was hesitant to book the hotel with a non refundable, pay in advance policy, especially when I had issues booking a hotel in a similar location but it turned out to be far better than I had expected. The room was large, clean, all amenities included and very comfortable for a long term stay.

Some improvements are needed for the bathroom,no handle for the door on the shower, and some wires with holes in the wall that are on top of the mirror.If you cannot sleep like me if you hear sounds be prepared to have some earplugs , i had some very loud neighbors up !

It is very close to the beach,10 m away in the center, Ana and Katerina are great !It is great value for the price! Cleaning every day, changing towels everyday.

Everything was perfect!

The best accommodation ever in Polychrono or even in the whole Greece! The room has a perfect sea view, quiet location, and in less than a minute, you are already at the beach! The host is very very polite and nice, and the house keepers are taking care of the rooms every single day! Cleanliness is on the level 100 at every time! Highly recommended for all people, even families with small children, or couple. Would definitely stay there again!

there is absolutely nothing I don't like

Villa Kassandra is now my favorite accommodation in Polychrono. First of all Katerina is a very very nice person and she is here for anything you need. We personally did not need anything because everything we needed was there. The studios are impeccably clean, they really couldn't be cleaner, they are cleaned every day, the garbage is thrown away, and the bed linen is changed. The towels were also changed every day.The beds are comfortable, the pillows too. The kitchen had everything we needed (cutlery, coffee mat,toaster) and even more. The beach is 20 meters from the villa. The villa is located on the promenade, and it is not noisy at all. The air conditioner is placed right above the front door so it doesn't blow directly at you like it does in most apartments we've been to. We will definitely come back to villa Kassandra because we had a perfect holiday there. I highly recommend it because you get more than you pay for
