There was a bit of mould in the top lefthand corner of the ceiling so the room needs to be aired regularly.

We were in a newly refurbished room with 2 huge windows so it was rather pleasant. Good water pressure in the shower and olive oil products; comfortable beds and coffee facilities. Lots of space for clothes too. It's about 7 minutes on foot to the main square, Aristotle Square & most attractions.

No heating in the bathroom

Perfect location in the center and did everything by walking, good breakfast, very nice staff. We had a room with 2 single beds, the beds were very narrow my husband had a hard time. There was no heating in the bathroom and I think its a must specially for the winter. Anyway it was good for the value of money. The hotel as an arrangement with a near parking 15 euro for one night instead 20, because in the center of the city not a lot of parking places on the street. So leave the car and enjoy by foot you have everything you need around the hotel.

The only negative thing I can’t think of is that the room was a bit tight.

Excellent location, friendly and very helpful staff always willing to assist, excellent variety of food for breakfast and always fresh. Although the location of the hotel is on a main and very busy road the soundproofing was excellent and external noise was non existent.

My only complaint is that on the last night the chamber maid did not do her work properly as she did not replace the glasses and cups with clean ones. She did not leave any tea nor milk nor stirrers in the tea/coffee making facility. She did not empty the bins.

The room although not large was comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom although small had all that was needed for a good powerful shower. The breakfast was good and varied enough for the four times we had it. The reception staff were excellent and very helpful.

The room was filled with beds, so not a lot of space to move around, but that's a minor thing. The issue was that our sink got immediately clogged (we did not do anything) and the receptionist promised to send someone for help...who never came. Not exactly an example of great customer service.

The hotel is centrally located on Egnatia, but the entrance is on the side street, which is nice. It's definitely got its charms and the rooms are in style. Can't comment on the breakfast because we did not try it.

The breakfast was good if slightly limited. Perhaps a variety of fresh fruit or fruit salad would be appreciated.

We would of loved a bar in the hotel just to sit and have a quiet drink for a city hotel it was missed.

Staff were very nice and helpful breakfast was good with lovely staff also. We had the junior suite it was big and comfortable we also got the choice of two, we went for the top floor suite.
