We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

LOCATION could not have been better. From the minute we arrived we were made to feel so welcome. Beautiful family run business. Our room had everything we needed. Serviced daily with fresh towels. Excellent value for money. Make sure you visit the restaurant for dinner. Delicious, huge serves and not expensive! The local bus that went around the island for 2 euro was a 2 minute walk away. Can’t fault it for the price and location. We will be coming back to see yaya x

It's a great family friendly hotel, with a nice decor, good size rooms; quite but very close to everything. It's about 10 mins walk to the beach, 5 mins walk to many restaurants around as well as a grand bakery which had everything from the sandwiches to pastry, juices, coffee, sweets etc. 5-7 min walk to the bus stop if you are heading to the port. There's also a restaurant downstairs at the hotel which was also great and had tasty food. The staff at the reception was nice and very helpful. The hotel was also very clean. The beds were comfy.

AustraliaAmazing location. Right in the heart of town, walk 10 meters and you’re already walking down a cute cobble stone laneway. However when at the property it is super quiet & feels like you are away from the action in a good way. Run by a lovely family and feels like a very authentic Greek stay. The rooms aren’t anything fancy but does the job. We stayed at a luxury suite after in Naoussa & we preferred this accom. Just so easy with the location of the accommodation!

Loved the staff, location and the balcony view we had of the ocean. The price was also amazing. Zabeta, the woman who runs the joint from reception was a beautiful old Greek woman who was a joy to work with. The AC in the room also worked great.
