Unfortunately the hotel is on a very very steep hill, and if you have trouble walking, breathing or are infirm you would have to get a car or taxi to get to the hotel. also all the room as with steps as well either up or down.

breakfast was varied every day and was very good. everyone was very friendly and helpful. Very clean. The view was to die for. pool very clean, atmosphere was welcoming. Michael was always around to ask questions.

Our stay at Minois Boutique Hotel in Crete was just amazing. Michail, our host, was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our experience exceptional from the beginning. An unexpected upgrade added a delightful touch to our stay, and we were thrilled with the mesmerizing ocean view from our room. The room was not only beautifully designed but also impeccably clean. The highlight for us was the spacious terrace with sunbeds, offering a perfect spot to enjoy the stunning ocean view. The peaceful surroundings added to the charm, creating a perfect atmosphere for relaxation. The breakfast, featuring fresh smoothies and delicious dishes, was a great way to start each day 😋 The staff's warmth and the overall comfort of the hotel exceeded my expectations by far. This has easily become my top recommendation for a stay in Crete. I can't wait to return and relive this exceptional experience.

Its a really small point, but the loud music around the pool all day was quite irritating.

The hotel is clean, comfortable, and gives you a warm welcome. The breakfast is amazing - full of fresh foods including smoothies, good coffee, and lots of fruit as well as bread, cheese, ham etc - all the usual. The pool was also very warm and quiet. It is within walking distance of a very nice restaurant. You can also walk to the beach and main tourist area - there is an underpass under the main road.

Everything was very good. The location, the hotel ambience, very friendly staff. The hotel was very clean . It was close to the beach and to the bus station N27 (you can get to the Aeroport or Heraklion directly) . Breakfast was great. We enjoyed our stay here.

The weather could have been better, but it's not related to the hotel.

We landed at Heraklion just after the flooding. The weather outside was not so good, and as you can imagine, the mood also. However, it became better once we approached the hotel after 20-25 min of driving and met the host. The hotel, located not so far from the sea, is built on a mountain slope, like rice terraces in the Philippines. The access and parking were very convenient. We took a few steps up from the parking to the reception and were met by the host. He helped us to order a meal and led us to the room. The room was cozy. The view the next morning and the breakfast were superb. Moreover, the breakfast was different another day. We liked our stay at Minois. In general, the subtle & cozy hotel, the attitude of the host, and his recommendations, especially to visit the south, made our trip way better despite the bad weather in the Heraklion region.
