The bathroom really needs to be refurbished! Shower curtain just sits touching the toilet! Felt really dirty! Curtains didn’t block any light at night and very bright street light right outside balcony. Front door quite difficult to open, kept getting stuck! The room itself is large and works really well. A new bathroom and proper curtains would be perfect!

Right on the beach, but very busy road to cross to get there! Beautiful sea views from the balcony! Short walk into town. We had 2 balconies on our room.

Nice place to stay in Sitia, the apartment was quite big with a full kitchen and beautiful views of the sea and Sitia town. The only issue with the place is that it is about a 10-15min walk out of Sitia town with part of the walk on the road (but it is flat). This is no problem if you have a car (which you can park in front of the apartment) but if you are walking it can be a bit long, especially in the dark or carrying groceries etc. The big terrace/balcony was also very nice. Otherwise a nice place to stay in Sitia.

Cupboards need to be checked for out of date/bug infested groceries left by previous customers. Shower curtain missing in one of our apartments.

Kitchen cutlery, crockery, glassware below standard of rest of appt. Needed to request a shower curtain and additional dining plate and teaspoon - all provided promptly. Needed to climb 21 stairs from road to apt #4 with no railing. This was a challenge for guests in mid 70s.

Self catering no meals provided. Appreciated comp bottle of wine and box of biscuits. Located 1 km from main swimming beach and restaurants. So needed to walk or take a taxi E5 each way. Liked this modern, spacious argument with 2 balconies. Cleaned every 4 - 5 days. Stunning views of Sitia Bay.

Internet connection was weak.

This is very beautiful place, with amazing sea view, apartment was clean and comfortable, not far from Satia center, and 2 steps from the seaside. Easily reachable from Sitia bus station. Host was very pleasant. I will come there with pleasure again.

It was a little bit far out of Sitia with a walk on a very busy road, there were issues with the bathroom, trying to get in and out of the Bath for a shower a grab rail would have helped.

Sitia is a beautiful place. A town with a beautiful beach and clear water. Eastern Crete is also nice, a few hours drive from Heraklion. Accommodation with sea view / beach right next to the accommodation was missing, the sea had waves /, but a few minutes away. Magnificent views of the city. To the monastery 20 minutes by car. Parking by the accommodation facility. Working wifi. Well equipped kitchen. Great choice for us. Clean and fragrant. A fig was just ripening by the terrace :-)

Lovely studio 5 min from Sitia and less than 20 to Vai Beach. The position is great, we had a lovely terrace with a seaview. The apartment was perfectly clean, fresh and very quiet. We loved it.
