There in no public beach in the city center. The beach is occupied by the beach clubs in Malia. There was no space to enjoying the beach as a public. It is a big shame for the locals and local governance There was no airport shuttle. This part is false information. They offered me to call a taxi.

First and foremost, the cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional. Knowing that they were cleaned every two days gave us peace of mind, and we were impressed by the attention to detail. It's evident that the staff takes great pride in maintaining a spotless environment for their guests. Speaking of the staff, they were not only attentive but incredibly kind. We felt like part of the family during our stay. They were always at our disposal, ready to assist with any request or answer any questions we had. Their warm hospitality truly made our visit special. One of the highlights of our stay was the fantastic pool area. It provided the perfect oasis for relaxation. The pool was immaculate, and the surrounding area was beautifully landscaped. I spent hours enjoying the sun and taking refreshing dips in the pool. Due to the proximity to the clubs, it can get a bit noisy at night but it wasn't really an issue for us. The room was also a bit small for 3 people but it was super clean so all good. Other than that - no complaints.

Overall a very good experience. The ladies at the reception were incredibly friendly and super helpful. Really nice swimming pool and bar with a TV. The location is right in the centre of Malia so you're close to everything (beach, shops, bars, clubs, etc). Great value for money!

Everything is perfect. The rooms, location, the pool, the food, greeting to Nikos :D It is very close to everything, the clubs, super markets, beach. A lot of activities to do in the area. The staff is very friendly and kind, love them. Hope we come another year here and stay here again. Its the perfect accommodation in Malia.

Our last days at Mirage Studios we had a loud group of British girls the room next to ours. They made a lot of noice when they had predrinks on the balcony. After this they went out en we could go to sleep but where often woken up at 6 am when they came back to their room, drunk and screaming at each other. The first days of our stay we didn't have this problem (other guests) so I guess you have to be lucky.

The location itself was very peaceful, even though it's located behind a busy street with nightclubs. The cleaning lady's were always very polite as well as the owners of Mirage Studios. At the pool you have enough space to seperate yourselves from other guests and enjoy a drink from the bar at the swimming pool.

Important to know that some people in the hotel don’t want noise at night so you cannot pre on the balcony. However we took our speaker outside and most of us had pres by the pool.

There is an outdoor pool bar and there was drunk people screaming till the very early AM. I probably didn't pick a good area for what I wanted though as its a party town

The place is really nice and reception is really helpful and welcoming. It's great value for money and everything is super close it's right off the main street and 5min to supermarket and beach. The bus up the road also goes to hersonasis and heraklion

Property was clean, spacious and lovely to stay in. Rooms are bigger and better than the photos and right in the heart of Malia (probably the best placed hotel in Malia) We met some others at the beach who ended up changing to our hotel after seeing it compared to the one they booked (which was more expensive) The owners are lovely and they have good cocktails at the bar. The cleaners also provide fresh towels and change the sheets/clean the room every day. Would recommend to everyone.

I stayed in the superior room and I loved it! I can highly recommend it. The owner and the staff is so nice and help you right away. Since I stayed here in September/October, the clubs were already closed, so it was quiet. Also, the room is completely new, comfortable and clean.

First of all the property is very clean and well maintained. It is perfect spot of the central Malia with multiple amazing restaurants and clubs. If you are after a little bit more quiet beach time I would highly recommend Potamos Beach. Staff in the hotel were just amazing, helpful, positive and very open. Rooms are very clean, nice bathroom and studio kitchenette and we spend our evening on a spacious balcony. Comfortable beds, nice towels and bedding. Clean and well maintained pool is available and not crowded.
