The food option ver limited for a 5 star hotel. The beach need to be cleaner, the passage in the beach needs to be fixed, if you have small kinds it is difficult to use the small stairs in the beach.

However, the management needs to address a few issues, such as the excessive noise made by the staff during dinner service. They are constantly clattering dishes and silverware while clearing tables after guests finish eating. It's also unusual that drinks are not included in the dinner price, and a beverage that typically costs 1 - 1.5 euros is invoiced for 5+ euros. Additionally, the indoor pool is off-limits for children under 12, which can be inconvenient for parents.

The hotel offers many great amenities, and the staff is quite friendly.

Our children (5-7 years old) went happy and excited to the Kids Club every morning, where they spent several hours playing, doing Kids yoga, face painting, and much more!! All that thx to the lovely staff Led by Anthi and her colleague Kalyto who create a great welcoming atmosphere. good food with options for everybody

if in the breakfast drinks are free, you can offer in the dinner too. if not a drink then a bottle of water :) but nothing is not suitable for your hotel's name and quality.

The hotel is awesome. Staff is so helpful. Food is delicious. Spa, Sauna, Steam Room everything is perfect.

Very good hotel. The location is a bit away from the nearest village Paliouri but a taxi cost is 10 euros per direction. Recomend!

Everything was great. The food could be slightly better. We had half board.

The adult-only pool was really good. We got a complimentary room upgrade to sea view room - the room was amazing.

in the resort are 2 beaches; one with general access and the other only for club members access; you couldn't find sunbeds on the general beach because was very crowded and the beach club one was empty; at the members club beach you pay an additional aprox. 200 eur

Value for money - Some of the prices for foods and beverages where up to three times higher than prices in surrounding restaurants - Beach was narrow and with stones outside and inside the water - Food options were not 5 stars - Beer at Beach bar was sold as 0.5 ml, but the quantity was more like 0.35 ml - hotel SPA was available only with a surcharge of 50 euros/person/day and kids where not allowed (even when weather was bad for many days) - the breakfast could provide some variation from one day to another for some part of the food offered - half board upgrade price was unexpectedly high - outside whirlpool area should be adults only

The prices at the bars and restaurants were little bit to high.

The service & staff were excellent! Staff was always smiling and was available for the guests and their questions and needs. The property as it self is wonderful, spacious, very modern. There are facilities as pharmacy & market which is very convenient if you do need some items as urgency. The food and the variety of available restaurants is excellent! The nights are perfect as they were organized with events through out entire week.
