We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Location is great - at walking distance from many points of interest and has good connections, spacious rooms, lots of amenities, food is excellent, polite and helpful staff - really great team! A special thanks to Kostas at the dining hall, was on top of everything and made us feel at home from our first meal!

IrelandI really couldn't criticize any aspect of our stay. The only minor aspect I can think of is that the pillow were too large and firm.
On arrival the hotel upgraded us to full board. The food at dinner and breakfast was amazing. The day before we left I asked if it would be possible to have some gluten free sandwiches prepared to bring with us and the hotel gave us a large bag including the sandwiches, fruit, juice, water and cake. Amazing! The room was spacious and very comfortable. Plenty of loungers at the pool area. Every staff member we met was super friendly and helpful.

At Mitsis Petit Palais we were greeted by very friendly reception staff and we were fortunate enough to be given an unexpected upgrade. Our room was very big with a great balcony and good views towards the sea. We were given a gift each day and even a parting gift was waiting for us on our final evening. The restaurant was large but was not just one enormous space and the choice of food available at breakfast and dinner was incredibly varied and plentiful and delicious. The restaurant staff were very hard working and helpful and friendly — we will definitely use this hotel again. Mitsis Petit Palais is an extremely well run hotel. I hope I have persuaded you to stay there too!

United KingdomBathtub was broken in one spot, the lightbulbs in the bedroom were blown (hallway and bathroom lights were fine), and there were no plug sockets near the bed where we could charge our devices.
Great location, superb service, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful! There's an ATM in the lobby which was really handy. Good breakfast, free entertainment every night, and comfy beds.

UkraineThe room was noisy, because hotel is facing the road, but we got used to it in a few days. Mattress was too soft, but it is very personal.
I am staying at this hotel for the second time. I love that it is located very close to the sea. Our room was cosy with a very nice view and a beautiful balcony. We lived on the 5th floor. The food was delicious. Staff at the restaurant and at the reception desk was very friendly, welcoming and highly professional, more like a family. The room was cleaned and towels changed daily. Thank you, Mitsis Hotel, for making our holidays so memorable! Hotel and each staff member deserves every star it has!

CanadaNeeds better sound proofing between floors. The floors are lovely marble but the wood chairs scrape and screech across the hard surface like nails on a blackboard . The sounds echo from the hall.
Lovely upgraded hotel with comfortable beds and nice outdoor terrace overlooking the pool. Buffet was great, lots of variety and options. Wonderful location close to the beach and walking distance from Old Town.

IrelandNo plugs in second bedroom or bathroom, this made charging phones and toothbrushes difficult.
Had all the facilities we needed in the room. With a Nespresso coffee maker, fridge with various drinks and a large flat screen TV. included Breakfast was varied and delicious. The staff were attentive and friendly. Swimming pool area was spacious with ample sun loungers. The hotel throughout was spotlessly clean.
