Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

CanadaThe resort is far from the airport so it takes awhile to get there by bus. Nearby there is not much but staying on the resort was fine with me. Some beach bar staff could have provided better service.
It is very spacious, there are several pools and the beach nearby is fantastic. My room was clean and big with a nice balcony. It was very comfortable and relaxing. The mini fridge was packed with drink options (water, soda, beer, wine). There were many food options at the buffet and the restaurants were so good! I liked the cats roaming around. The staff was very friendly, a special shout out to Dorjan the server!

United KingdomWe felt that the kids food choices could have been a bit more , it was quite limited, only one night out of 7 they had pizza at buffet or chicken nuggets , would have liked to see more kid friendly food, less spicy food and also more cereal choice at breakfast like rice crisp. Also the pool food ended at 5pm and buffet at 6:30 ,
Nice hotel and excellent value for money , we went for half term October and we felt that it was excellent value for money

IsraelThe reception staff should not work there as they are not cooperative and helpful. We had to change our reservation since we found that our two rooms were not connected, and when traveling with ASD, it is impossible to sleep in separate rooms. Finally, the manager found a solution in the family room, which was far beyond our expectations, but eventually, we could manage in this family room. BTW, there are not many facilities for kids. The hotel should do more to make kids happy.
We liked the services of the restraunts' staff and chefs. They all were so supportive and welcoming. The food is good, and there are lots of options. They helped us with private issues with our kids, which is the best thing I can say about them.

United KingdomDecor is getting a little tired, bathrooms could do with a revamp. Not enough seating outside to watch entertainment or enough shades by the pool area.
Lovely staff, beach bar is great, love the fact you can book a la carte restaurants. Room cleaned and mini bar restocked regularly. Plenty of sun beds on beach.. Greek restaurant was lively for dinner and brunch.

UkraineSome ants crawled into the room through holes in the door frame. Some mosquitoes slightly disrupted evening gatherings by the table with beer, admiring the sunset near the bungalow. It would be nice to hang something on the back doors leading to the garden to prevent flies and mosquitoes from entering the bungalow.
The hotel is excellent. The bungalows were pleasant, with frequent cleaning, towel, linen changes, and regular restocking of the fridge. The food was superb, even compared to all-inclusive resorts in Turkey. The staff was excellent, and there were entertaining programs. I enjoyed everything about this hotel.

EstoniaWe had only one key from our bungalow, which makes it sometimes difficult to manage. We didn't like mosquitos late night, but we bought repellent in the shop which really helped. Would be nice to have irons in rooms.
Hotel is located right on the coastline. It's not a new hotel, but clean and nice. Good for beach holidays, but there is not much to see around the hotel. The hotel has own umbrellas on the beach which are free to use. We also liked the beach bar with various cocktails. Food was OK and we always could find something to our taste in the main restaurant. We tried all the à la carte places and I could recommend Greek restaurant. Asian à la carte was normal if you take right things, but Mexican and American we didn't like. If you want to visit à la carte restaurant, please book it asap as number of tables is very limited. Minibar is refilled every second day, but if you ask you always can get what you need. There is a small shop inside the hotel (close to main pool) and few more across the main entrance with all necessities and souvenirs. Also you can rent a car right in the hotel. Free wifi worked well in our bungalow and sometimes even on the beach.

United Kingdomit is quite tired and basic. no candles on the terrace or lanterns, bare terraces, old sun-beds and umbrellas, only one public toilet, and the bar has 1-2 people working it sometimes taking 20 minutes to get a wine (with 2 staff busy making cocktails and about 6 others just cleaning glasses - not good management of bar at all).
location to beach, friendly staff and good food.

IsraelWe came with our toddler (1.8). it was fine but I don’t feel like the property fits that age or younger in terms of outdoor facilities. the children pool was quite deep and since we came during end of Sep, the water were pretty cold as you couldn’t just soak your feet and have the baby just half body in. in addition, the playground wasn’t shadowed and had just a few facilities with sand all over. I think for this age a close kids club with soft floor would be better so you would feel comfortable if the kids falls. note that there is some kind of a children club at the beach but I think it’s for older kids.
The service was exceptional! at first, we received a bungalow room with an awful smell on urine coming from the toilet (the toilet seat was practically yellow and needed a replacement) and some ants on the floor. we asked for a switch for another room which was much better. the restaurants needed reservations but totally worth it! we had breakfast and dinner there, every day of the trip. similarly, the staff was SO nice and friendly.

FranceEven if it is a good hotel, we miss this attention to details which makes an hotel a real 5-star (empty bottle staying all day long in the corridors, beds at the beah which are a bit old,...). The hotel could do more for the environment: showers leaking, towel changed everyday, even if you asked for keeping them. Looks like green washing
Good hotel, with a lot of facilities (pool, activites) and variety of good. Special mention to the animation team (Georgia, Angie,...) for their good mood!

Armeniathere was a problem in bathroom which was fixed after reminding few times, for room cleaning you have to ask, and insist on proper cleaning. I asked for refund for the one day I was not going to stay and received it with some difuculties.I thing the hotel is a bit overrated, it is not what you expect from 5 stars and for the money paid. But in general I enjoyed the stay.
Food was good, the hotel is right on the beach, nice personal.

United KingdomLack of variety at the buffet especially when there is a theme night. But for the price we paid, we could not expect better.
The staff was very friendly, the beach is very close and the property is beautiful (not a massive building with too much concrete; loads of trees). We have only tried the Greek restaurant in the evening and a brunch there, which was delicious!

United KingdomThe alcarte restaurants needs advance booking and please book it even before you land there or else you won’t find vacancies. I wish the cleaners and the guy refilling the fridge didn’t come at 9:30am every morning. Was a bit annoying somebody knocking on the door that early when on a holiday. Parking inside the property is limited and we’re asked to park outside. Found that weird, but got used to it and found it more comfortable than parking in the cramped parking lot.
Just the right sized resort and with a private pebble beach, bars & restaurants serving food and cocktails all around. The hotel is further south on the east side of the island beyond Lindos. Lovely 24’C weather in mid October, warm waters, large comfortable rooms, throughly enjoyed it. It is about an hour from the airport, 65mins from Rhodes city and 25mins from Lindos. If you have car, you can easy visit all places and many of the lovely sandy beaches around too. Found the hotel extremely good value for money. The ever smiling staff are the stars of the hotels. Free Wi-Fi all around the property.
