Bulgaria7 reviews3 helpful votes“Great value for the price, very caring host!”Some things were missing from the kitchen (eg. pan, glasses, oven trays), however as soon as we contacted the owner he brought us everything we needed for a nice dinner at home, much appreciated. One bed sheet was missing, however there were additional blanket and it was all good. House could do with some deep cleaning, some places were very dusty and it was visible it had not been as clean as it could be. Towels and blankets were washed but had a weird smell.
The house was very spacious. All rooms had double beds, air conditioners and balconies. Beds were very comfortable, all rooms had blinds, which was great. The bedroom on the top floor had a private bathroom, the rooms on the second floor had a shared bathroom, which was very spacious. Garden was great, very big, lovely space with a table and chairs, although not entirely fenced, be mindful that if you go with a dog, it could go to the neighbors. Owner welcomed us, showed us around. He had left coffee for us, which was very nice. Extremely responsive host :)

First of all I want to say thank you to the owner. This man was so kind to us. He agreed to make chek out at 4:00 pm. The house is beautiful, 3 floors, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a 360 degree view. air conditioning, iron, hair dryer, washing machine, coffee maker, dishwasher and our garden of love. Every late evening, my five friends and me were sitting in the garden and were talking about everything in the world, with prosseco . Every evening a cute little fox , who lives in garden was with us . Afytos and Kallithea are very close, by car 3 and 6 minutes. the beaches are very good. We are happy we take this house thanks to our fantastic host. Hope we come back again.

Italy3 reviews1 helpful vote“Beautiful place for groups or families with cars, but the house is not 100% ready to be rented”We originally thought that the property was in the center of Afytos, but it turned out to be far outside, so far that a car is needed for pretty much everything. The house is not 100% ready to be rented, here and there the rooms have electric pipes popping out from walls. The electric switches of the entire property make no sense. There are no closets in the rooms and we had to leave our belongings on the floor for the entire stay. There are no curtains in the showers, the bathrooms were getting flooded every time.
We were a group of 5. The house is nice, clean, and cozy, with a lot of common space with beautiful furniture. Coffee machine and washing machine included. All rooms have AC, excluding the ground floor with the common area. We also liked the outside table in the yard behind the house.
