The view of the sea is very nice from the rooms on the 1st floor, the breakfast is set up beforehand, but it is good, the beds are very confortable, the room has also a quichinette and a fridge, the hotel personnel is extremely kind, it is a quiet area.

It is challenging for me to say anything negative about this place. But here are a few things to call out: 1- Finding this place was not as easy as it could have been, it is missing more visible road signs that. 2 -The road to get there was unpaved and not labeled either so it is kind of hidden behind some other houses and bunch of construction work at the time of visit.

Top thigs I loved: -Design and style -Cleanliness -Friendly staff -Breakfast -Swimming pool I have looked at bunch of hotels in Thasos, I can that Mon Avis was one of the best designed and stylish hotels I have encountered. 10/10. The rooms, the patio, everything seemed like it was planned with lots of attention to detail. But you still feel very welcomed, the staff is so nice and friendly. There is a little bar where you can get something to drink and enjoy by the pool . The rooms are again very stylish, carefully picked décor, all of them have a view of the sea and pool. It has a little kitchen and stove , and a little fridge. They even put bottle of water and some soft drink for you FOR FREE, that is something you will never see in America or any major hotel chain. I recommend this place to couples but it could be suitable for a family as well!

Quite difficult to walk to the beach or town centre as it's uphill. Great if you have transport.

Beautifully decorated rooms, nice view, clean. Staff were very accomodating and breakfast was delicious. I would definitely stay there again.

A very large and cosy room with nice and clean bathroom. The location is perfect - near to the beach and restorants but also quiet and relaxing. The hosts are great and friendly.

It may be because of the season but there are alot of bees and although its not the property’s fault. If you are allergic it could be dangerous.

The pool was fantastic, the location was a nice walk to the beach but still a quiet location which is what my husband and i were looking for. The rooms were very spacious and even had a kitchenette. Lastly Efi was a fantastic host, always cheerful and attentive.

Not related to accommodation: watch out for the unpaved/dirt road that waze suggests to get to the hotel- don't follow that one, there's a second, better road you can take to get there easily, which is asphalted.

Such a great stay overall, beautiful place, with tasteful design, we even saw a peacock in the yard, very clean rooms, comfy bed, hosts were open and attentive to guests' needs.

Everything is new and spotlessly clean. The location is a bit of walk to the beach, but is made up for by the excellent staff and the quality of the hotel. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. Overall a great hotel and a great experience. Nice sea views from the rooms.

Difficult to approach without car. Bad road connection when approaching by car. 15-20mins walk to reach the beach, without lights at night and not good road.

the breakfast and coffee could have been better. There was noone after 8pm so you need to be well prepared to ask for anything you need before then.

a very calming and quiet place in September. the property is brand new and everything is carefully selected, it feels very premium. it’s very instagramic with the palm trees and the peacock that roams around the pool. the location feels remote but is in fact 3 mins from a lot of shops, restaurants and the beach. the automated blinds are a luxury in the room.

It’s a brand new hotel with great location - in a quite place nearby Golden beach area. The rooms are modern decorated and the pool is lovely. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is great.
