There is little to no public transport that can take you into the city, so we did so by car. Ask the hostess Katerina if you need any help, she is the best.

We stayed at Montana Lake View for 6 nights in October. Katerina is an incredibly hospitable and kind hostess who knows all there is to see in and around the region of Ioannina. The rooms are very clean and the beds comfortable. Every morning we received a delicious breakfast from Katerina (with a spectacular view of the lake and the island) and we would walk through our plans for the day. She always had some additional recommendations and was very helpful. The first night, she even drove us to the city centre so we could take a (€10) taxi back and have some drinks in Ioannina. She also arranged a guided hike with her husband Dimitri along the Aoos river to one of the monasteries near Konitsa, which was beautiful and not too hard. We can 110% recommend staying here!

We got the lake-view room even though we hadn’t booked it. The host is super friendly and helped us with everything. She planned our days in and around Ioannina with us. The breakfast was totally sufficient and she asked for our preferences. We definitely recommend to stay at Montana Lake View!

We stayed there for a weekend. The place is perfectly located on the opposite side of Ioannina in front of the lake, so it has that beautiful view. Even though it's located on the other side of the lake, it's about 5 minutes away from the city by car. It is very modern decorated with modern high quality stuff and at the same time has that timeless classic feel to it. The host was very friendly and social. A very good cook too. The breakfast was rich and tasty. All in all we were very satisfied and would try to book it again on our next stop in Ioannina Thanks for everything

Best place, very clean and beautiful villa. Katerina so very nice and help us in our trip. I am a vegan and she arrange me a excellent breakfast. I recommend anyone who comes to the area to stay at her place. Thanks Katerina, I am sure that next time we will come again.

There is nothing that was wrong, and everything you need, Katerina will always be there to help. Just ask what you want.

The property is gorgeous, very well built, and with beautiful furniture and decorations. A very rare find in the area. The view is stunning and equally unique, one of the best views of the lake, with easy access and a great spot to explore both Ioannina and zagorochoria. Also the property is very clean and the service from the owner is excellent and genuine. We felt welcome. I recommend this property, and I will definitely visit again.

It`s an amazing place very stylish and well designed. We liked this place so much, it was calm, comfortable and views were amazing. Catarina is a very kind person who helped us with a plan of visiting places around and also she is a very good cook, breakfasts was delicious.
