Great stay at Morfeas, as the name so cleverly suggests we relaxed and fell in deep sleep thanks to remote character of the location. The host is one of the friendliest ladies, offers tour around the house and a most rich breakfast - we were 2 people and unable to consume all of it! Strongly recommend for a stay of relaxation, especially if one is looking for a place to disconnect without laptop and gazing at Vikos mountains from the balcony

Mattress was a little bit hard.

Hostess was extremely kind and generous, took us to collect fruits from her garden. When there was no electricity in the village she went out of her ways to prepare us breakfast in the light of candles. Room is nice with window to the mountains.

A beautiful place with history and a unique view. The owner is nice, charming and full of passion. She is the great, great-grandson of the first inhabitants and tells the story of the house with pride and care. We were greeted very nicely. I recommend it to everyone. Room was clean and cozy, breakfast was delicious and varied. I regret that we only stayed for one day.

The breakfast was fantastic, very filling and all home-cooked by the owner of the property. It included vegetarian and meat options. The location was superb with stunning views and just a short walk from the town centre. The owner is wonderful and gave us a tour of the history of the house and her family who had lived there for generations. Incredibly accommodating and kind.

The place is peaceful, located on the edge of the village. 2 minutes walk from the center of the village, very convenient When it gets dark, you can see the stars and the moon from the back yard! We had an amazing time staying in Morfeas. The owner Giota is very kind and helpful. Altogether Morfeas is a wonderful and rare pearl of traditional (&historical) hospitality in one of the most beautiful corners of the Zagorochoria region. The place is tasteful and clean and the atmosphere peaceful and cozy (not to mention the delicious breakfast they served daily). To sum up, one of the best guesthouses we got to stay in 💙

the cottage nestled in a beautiful stone village is authentic, comfortable and very pleasant. The welcome of our hostess was very warm and attentive. A fresh salade made of vegetables from the garden was waiting for us ! She even prepared us a hearty breakfast to take away because we had to leave at dawn. My host Giota was exceptionally informative and helpful. Her home is a characteristic Zagori house and she has many old household items and family memorabilia on display. I had to leave very early my last morning (before breakfast) and she prepared a generous food packet the night before for me to take with me.

Morfeas guesthouse was an amazing place to stay! The rooms were confortable and clean and the decoration was nice following the traditional standards.
