Street was noisy. Not sure why the Kitchen area didn’t allow oven or hobs to be used, although microwave & sandwich toaster available.

The quality of accommodation was excellent . Staff really helpful. Views from roof terrace superb. You’d pay a lot more for this level elsewhere.

Great location, helpful staff, hotel room clean and not tiny. Breakfast starts at 8am, that is a bit late if you are taking sightseeing trips around, but something can be prepared to take away. Coffee/tea and fridge available 24/7. Had none of issues with wifi

Great and very nice personal! Very friendly! We felt we were part of a community there even we were there for two nights. I had a small injury on my finger and immediately they helped me with first aid and finding a pharmacy at midnight. Thanks a lot for the great stay at your hotel!

We didn't like the noise levels, but it's understandable since it's located in the center of Athens. Additionally, the lack of privacy in the shower room, which is within the room itself, was a downside for me.

It's a modern building just a few minutes' walk from Monastiraki! The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the rooms are very clean! Overall, it was an excellent stay right in the heart of Athens!

The breakfast could be more diverse. But the coffee was excellent and the options were very good as quality. The street was very noisy, but i am not that pretentious when tired.

Nothing not to like. But I would say that the addition to a kettle and tea/coffee in the private rooms would be a plus and to let guests not to drag the chairs or slam the door on the roof terrace.

Firstly. It is in a great location with a fantastic roof-top with the most beautiful view of the Acropolis, which allows you to walk to many nearby sites; and there are many good affordable restaurants right outside. The Hotel is quite new, very clean and its facilities are on point. The most important thing is that the Team from the House-Keepers to the Reception to the breakfast bar is really good. They smile and have attention to every detail. Nothing was too much to ask to any of them. So I am making a point of naming them, especially as it is a very young team and we tend to not get the best service from the younger ones but they have proved us very young. So thank you to Maro, Kurilos, Eva, Panos at reception and at the breakfast bar to Alex and Ekeutheria and bravo. We will be back for sure.

We could hear the noise of the street and bars, especially on weekends since our room was on the first floor but it's not much of a concern. Note that earplugs are provided :) The breakfast had limited choices but it's good compared to our budget.

We wanted a place close to the main destinations in the heart of Athens and Mosaikon was the right decision. It's a couple of min walk to Monastiraki Square and the metro station, 10 min walk to Syntagma Square, Plaka Street, or Anafiotikia. The room was relatively small. It had a very comfortable bed, a clothes hanger, and a small fridge. However, The toilet was spacious. The hotel is clean, helpful staff, and has delicious coffee.

My room was on the first floor and there was a little bit of street noise. Obviously, this is to be expected in a city centre hotel.

Wonderful city centre hotel in Athens. Perfect location if you wish to see the Acropolis.

Since this hotel is in heart of Athens there’s a bit noise from the streets until late hours but it’s not disturbed us

The elevator is very small, like will fit one person with luggage or two people max. Would have been nice to have the option for freshly warmed scrambled eggs.

The room we were in was spacious, and had a mini fridge stocked with water every day which was needed in the Athens heat! It had a balcony with chairs also. The area is pretty noisy but earplugs are provided and they worked comfortably. Cleaning was perfect. Breakfast was served in the cafe area downstairs and was pretty nice, if you're particular about your tea you may want to bring your own as there was only a small selection. Made the full range of coffee however and they looked very well done. Staff were wonderfully helpful and on hand at all times of day and night for any questions. The rooftop bar is lovely but there's only a couple of seats that view the acropolis for sunset so get there early if that's your aim. Very easy to get to everywhere of note from the hotel, it's very central and the air conditioning system is up to date and works perfectly

The room was just below the rooftop bar which was very noisy especially when people where leaving the bar as the stars leading to the bar were located just outside our room. Ear plugs were provided to help.
