It exceeded my expectations. I was prepared for a clean place, comfy beds and a shower, but what I found was much much more. It is a family business and the host is incredible, very nice, he make sure if everything is in order and it will help you with anything you need. If you go to the island for the first time, you'll find one of the best guides, who will help you make your best vacation around the island. If you are the kind of person who enjoy the grill and pace more than running up to places to discover the locals lifestyle or maybe you are not interested by things like unique beaches or villages, you can definitely stay on the accommodation and recharge your batteries. The accommodation is situated close to the beach, I tell you that, because when I make the reservation I was thinking that are more than 10 minutes away from the beach. But no, I made it with my foot in around 3 minutes and with 2 years old child and a lot of baggages, in around 5 to 6 minutes. Maybe you do 10 minutes, if you roll all the way down, but I didn't try that. The host's parents will come from time to time in the morning, because they have a little garden in the same yard, and the plants need to be watered. That didn't disturb us. And in the backyard is a little bit messy because there is a new building in construction. You have parking lot reserved inside the yard. What I need to mention, is that the houses are very well equipped with anything you'll need: washing machine, iron, kitchen with anything in there, from plates to fork and towel. I saw a difference between the two houses. One of the house is with 2 bathrooms, and the other one with just 1 bathroom. In one house you'll have 1 bathroom on the hallway and another inside one of the room, like a private bathroom. Another house come with just one bathroom in the hallway, maybe is something you need to ask before you'll make the reservation to avoid any doubt.

We have no complains.

The place is surrounded by olive trees and it is at walking distance from the sea side. There is a nice beach close by, with pine trees, perfect to hide under from the sunlight. The owner waited us at the property to make sure we proper accommodate. We also received some olive oil and olives from their own harvest; it was a very nice gesture and it was really appreciated. The apartment is cozy, clean and comfortable, with two terraces (one in front of the house, the other in the back, just under the bedrooms windows). Bonus: The apricot tree in the back of the house with fresh ripe fruits was very appreciated by our kids :).

There were everything you need in the house. The location is great. Perfect place for family vacation. We will definitely come again next year.

Very nice and quiet location with olive trees around you. Platana beach is very close, you can go anytime for a quick swimming. You have barbeque in the yard and free parking spot right in front of the house. Hosts are very welcoming and helps you if there is any problem. This is a hidden gem in Thassos and we are glad to have discovered it!

We had a lovely stay. Peacefull and relaxing. There is a balcony in front and in the back with olive garden view. Quiet location with all you need to enjoy the vacation; The apartment is exactly as in the photos, fair dimensions, 7 min walk to Platana Beach. We also appreciated that the host did not bother us. We felt like at home. We enjoyed very much this apartment due to the cozyness . Definitely come back.

It would have been better if the flat was cleaned at least once during our 8 days stay. We received fresh towels and bed linen in the middle of the stay, but no bathroom or floor cleaning happened. Additionally, there is some construction work happening in the big garden, which is not visible on the pictures, but right outside of the bedroom windows. It was not an active construction, so no noise, but the view was not as good.

The hosts were really kind. They left for us some of their home made olives and olive oil to taste. There was an apricot tree in the garden with a lot of very delicious apricots we were invited to try as well. There are several beaches nearby. The nearest one is shallow and very suitable for little kids.

The property is in a peacefuĺl environment and very well equipped. There is a balcony in front and in the back where you can enjoy in the shadow during the hot days. There is a big yard with various trees and 500 years old olive tree that adds up to the pleasant atmosphere. In the yard we parked the car in front of the apartment and the bike that we rented.
