The studio actually consists of one bed room, bathroom and a small balcony. There is no washing machine. The fridge is very small - no capacity to froze. The parking is not directly next to the property, but is located about 100 m away with narrow entrance/exit. A/C is blowing directly over you when you lie on the bed - no way to change the direction of the air.

The location of the property is very good - it is on the first line behind the beach. It has direct sea view. The property was cleaned regularly, changing towels almost every day and bed linen every 2/3 days. The owner provides free parking which is also very good.

We only miss some shelves and a chair for our clothes.

Top location and stuff. Although the beach was crowded, we managed to enjoy the unique Greek sea. We love the terrace and the view. We are impressed with the windows how they make the noise disappear. Also from the cleanliness that is maintained.

The bar downstairs isn't the friendliest, I think it is separate to the host. Wouldn't let us keep a few items on the sun beds after check out. Plenty more understanding establishments just next door

The fridge is a little bit small, no sport channels on TV. A bit on the expensive side.

We had the sea view room, so the view was very nice. Bathroom was excellent, and so were the beds and the AC. The owner and the cleaning lady were very nice. Nespresso machine was a nice touch.

For the price we paid for the studio the host should not charge the guests 9€ for two sun-beds and umbrella.

location was really good specially if you are with kids, the studio is on the beach. the studio was very clean and had everything that is necessary (except iron) and the host is very friendly and a nice guy.

The sea access is a little bit rocky and not so comfortable for small children although we didn't have any problems with our 5 year old toddler. There are City services that are randomly cleaning up the sea entrance level, I guess it will be quite better soon.

Exceptionally comfortable, clean and modern Appartments. Young and most of practicle design,the owners were very kind to us. Our Terrace was big enough to host our 6 member family, beach is just outside of your apartment,very comfortable if you have toddlers. Air conditioning was working fine, WiFi signal not the best though. The beach is equipped with sunbrellas and sunbeds with a near by caffe for some refreshment. The only uncomfortable part is the sea access, the beach is a little bit rocky for small children, but definitely less crowded than the rest of the area. Highly raccomended for long weekends stay.

Location - next to the beach. Apartment - new and clean, towels and cleaning every two days. Toilet is large and always had hot water. Private parking. Owner is friendly and nice. Best regards, hope we will come back :)

Our stay was almost 3 weeks long with respectively 3-4 different neighbours. And there was no any problem until the last ones. It turn out that when they play laud music in 6:30 AM or in midnight, we are listening it through the absorber. And they were frying fish, potatoes, bread... every morning and all was getting in our room through the absorber. So, a bit improvement of the chimney is needed for the next season or some written rules (non fish frying policy, for example) or no laud music before 9 AM and after 10 PM. There is a minor problem with the WiFi coverage. We solved by switching between the Bar (inside) and the Studios (outside). But compared to some other places it was rather OK (simply the internet is quite slow in Greece) And a friendly recommendation. The design is OK but storage place is actually missing. There are some movable solutions in IKEA - grey boxes, hang on shelves, which will definitely improve the comfort.... and better fridge with freezing section (for ice and icecream), instead of the mini-bar. But all that are minor issues. The studio is great anyway :)

Excellent IKEA-like design of the studio. Very spacious bathroom with 24h hot water. Brilliant location - next to many bars and restaurants but rather a quiet place. The private parking lot is an advantage and our Corolla perfectly fit (bigger SUV may have a problem to enter in). We are absolutely satisfied of the daily cleaning services and room maintenance as well as the owner and the lady are really nice.

We had a pleasant stay at Mougre Studios. The room was new and clean, as well as the bathroom and kitchen. The staff was very helpful and polite. And, the kids really loved the garden.

The size of the studios is small, even for two people it feels cluttered. When we were staying the WiFi was not working, but that was due to some technical issues, it probably isn't like that all the time.

The property was really clean and always nicely maintained. The location for the property is absolutely perfect. It is outside of the crowded area yet still in the center of Polichrono. All furniture is new and the place is recently renovated. It looks amazing.

The room was comfortable, very clean with a large bathroom and a big balcony with a Seaview. The location is excellent because it is few meters away from the sea. There are restorans, bars, bakeries and supermarkets nearby. The owner is very kind and always available to help.

We loved the seaview. The location is perfect close to the beach promenade. Underneath is a Bar/Coffee Shop where you can have a drink or Breakfast. Very comfortable beds. Room bigger than expected.

Small room, small "kitchen". The refrigerator is in the closet, in the closet. The small balcony, there is no privacy divider from the rest of the balconies. The permanent noise from the bar downstairs - is the same owner as the accommodation. The beach of the location is not sandy, only stones. Room cleaning is not done daily, only once every 2 days! Garbage bags do not change daily, only every 2 days! The bathroom window, at least the one in room 4, opens directly into the door at the entrance to room 5.

The location is on the seafront, about 10 meters from the sea. Direct sea view from the balcony. Own beach, sandy stones, entrance to the sea is made of gravel Cost sunbed with umbrella - consumption worth 5E / sunbed. Automatically adjusted air conditioning - from the ceiling, not a climate-independent body NESPRESSO coffee espresso machine in the room, but be careful! Only 2 coffee pills are offered in the room price. The room has a microwave. The center of the resort is about a 5-minute walk away.

Poor wifi with lot of disconnections. Noisy place with lot of traffic. I think the room was renovated from a garage. No windows and air conditioning filters are full of dust. Parking is at ~100m from location. To get in and out is very narrow.

Perfect location, just across the beach. The room was beautifully decorated, with new furniture, comfy beds and super clean. AC was working perfectly. The room included nespresso coffee machine with two welcome capsules, we bought additional capsules in a nearby store and enjoyed perfect coffee every morning. Private parking is about 50m away, it would be so inconvenient if we had to park on the street. The host was very friendly and always available.
