Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Romaniathe beach is not suitable for small kids as the water is too deep 2-3 m from the beach.
This accommodation is underrated as there are apartments inside not hotel rooms of 16 square metres. A studio means 2 rooms: bedroom and living room. You have a kitchen that is fully equipped but who would want to cook when the food is incredible in all the restaurants and terraces outside. I prepared 2 teas and that's it, I haven't touched anything else from the kitchen. Ioanna is very nice and kind, there was a bottle of raki inside and some bread for a small breakfast. We enjoyed the balcony in the morning to its fullest.

The apartments are in a good location in the village near to the supermarket but still only a short stroll to the beach. They are exceptionally well equipped with everything you could possibly need and are very clean and well maintained. Joanna is a vey welcoming and helpful host thanks for the gifts of sweets and cake. Mirtos is one of our favourite places to stay in Crete and we hope to be back next year and to Myrthe apartments.

RomaniaOur stay in this location was perfect from so many points of view. We were nicely welcomed by a very helpful host. The place was beautifully decorated, had a great location (5 min to the beach and close to plenty of places to eat) and had all that we needed to enjoy our trip. We loved received gifts. It is little touches like these that really make a difference. We recommend Myrthe Apartments for a delightful Cretan experience.

The best about Myrthe Apartments though is the charming owner who will go out of her way to make you feel ease, help you with whatever you need, easy to communicate in advance and while you're there! The hotel is magnificent!!! More than expected!!! Wonderful establishment, clean rooms, comfortable beds, pleasant air-conditioning, amazing garden view!!! I am out of words for this stay!!!
