This property is labelled as a pet friendly hotel. So, we were indeed allowed to have our little cat stay with us. However, we were not allowed to leave the pet inside the room alone, which is common practice. This was great inconvenience both for us and the pet. Hope they change this rule.

Location is great, room clean & spacious & staff wonderful. Crib was also provided for our newborn.

We stayed in a 3 beds room with a balcony with a view on the backyard which was nice. Comfortable beds and clean room, helpful and pleasant receptionists and very nice personal at the breakfast sale.

We especially liked the breakfast. It had lots of options for every taste. The room was clean and the staff was helpful. They gave us extra duvet when we felt a bit cold. Thanks a lot!

All great! The bedroom, beds, and bathroom were super comfy and breakfast was absolutely great!

Just two minor things: Floor could have a carpet this time of year, but it was warm, so it didn't bother us. There was a foldable furniture for putting our buggage on, but I find the short tables I've seen elsewhere more convenient for this job.

The location was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast options changed slightly from day to day.

Comfy and quiet hotel with nice balconies and sea view. Nice taverns and cafes in just 5min from the hotel, free large public parking just round the corner, as well as playground. Room was very spacious, with all amenities. Very helpful staff, room service perfect and accurate. Breakfast is served with an assortment of local pastry and confectionery, so you can enjoy many delicious sweets. In general, the service of the hotel was at very high and professional level despite low season.

The quality of the food at breakfast could be improved. Too many cheap ingredients.

Room was well decorated, clean and with a great view of the sea and the Patras Bridge.. Bed was very comfortable. Staff in the hotel were friendly. Location is close to a number of restaurants. Managed to park, for free, right outside the hotel.

Plenty of restaurants and tavernas near the hotel, a short walk to the old port, with the walls around and Cervantes statue, as a reminder of the Lepanto battle, fought some 450 years ago there. It did not have parking on its own. Across the street was a municipal parking. The ladies who cleaned took the electricity card after cleaning.

It is a nice hotel with full services. I enjoyed breakfast. The room was clean and whereas it was net to the street, I did not have any noise.

Great people in a very nice hotel. The hotel is near the bus station, center, shops, clock, castle and many restaurants. The room is very big and clean. The room has also a coffee machine for tea and coffee.

The balcony is quite small for 2 people

Perfect stay, comfortable bed, shower head is attached to the wall. Reception staff were super helpful with advice on where to visit and dine. Breakfast had lots of choice. Easy parking.
