Room service food was not the same standard like they other restaurants. We were ordered two times and two times we left all food. Pool water could be warmer, there was option to add degrees but expensive.

The indoor pool temperature needs to be checked regularly. It was quite cold, maybe around 20 degrees, although we were told it was set at 26 degrees.

Location. Very helpful and efficient staff in all departments of the hotel. Really high class rooms where everything works. Fantastic breakfast with a huge selection of foods. Loved the massage and body scrub

There is really nowhere walkable from the hotel, as it is on a main road not really suited to walking along. Plenty of places within a cab ride.

Wonderful hotel with the best staff we have come across anywhere. They really made an effort to make your stay as good as possible, and remember each person. Would highly recommend this resort.

The room pools were a little on the cold side the property is built into a hill but there are buggy’s always on hand to take you around

The property was fabulous. Built to a very high standard. Everything was beautiful clean and they had catered for anything you could possibly need. The staff were incredible and always on hand ready to help and super friendly. Plenty of them as well.

They didn’t replace the empty milk cartons for two days and we had no face flannels also for two days.

Breakfast was excellent, loads of choice. The staff couldn’t do enough for us, when we called a club car to take us anywhere, it was outside our door within three minutes.

Everything was perfect

This is by far the best hotel in Crete. Everything is perfect, really. This is the second time we are coming here and we will definetly return next year to this marvelous resort. The staff are the nicest people i have ever met, especially Angeliki or “Mama Kalimera” as the kids called her. The resort is huge, you constantly feel like you ve rented the whole place, which is great. The food in the two restaurants is excelent, and menus for lunch and dinner are different. The rooms are spacious, extra clean, super comfy bed. Perfection!

We had an absolutely fantastic experience at this hotel! As a family, we were accommodated in two interconnected rooms, which were not only spacious but also modernly furnished, providing a very comfortable stay. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was impeccable, creating a pleasant and hygienic environment for all guests. What stood out to us was the exceptional breakfast selection, offering a wide variety of alternatives for individuals with dietary restrictions. It was a relief to see that the hotel went the extra mile to cater to everyone's needs. The entire hotel team displayed a warm and friendly demeanor, making us feel truly welcome and at home during our stay. I must extend a special thanks to Mr. Michelis from the reception for his outstanding assistance and hospitality. Furthermore, the hotel boasts two excellent restaurants, where we enjoyed delightful meals with a diverse range of culinary choices. One aspect we greatly appreciated was the abundance of very comfortable sunbeds and beach gazebos by the pools and the beach. This made our relaxation time even more enjoyable, and the poolside bar service was a lovely touch. All in all, our experience at this hotel was top-notch, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. We look forward to returning in the future!

It is an amazing hotel! The rooms and atmosphere are simply fantastic. The lounge area is great, too, offering a perfect spot to relax and unwind. The staff and managers were incredibly kind and friendly, with a special shout-out to Ms. Katerina Xrysikopoulou. She was accompanying and assisted us throughout our entire vacation, making it even more special. The hospitality we experienced was top-notch, and we can recommend this place for sure.
