Super modern and clean. Staff were amazing, every single person we met was friendly and helpful. Room was fantastic and loved the private pool area which got the sun for most of the day. Cleaning service also very efficient.

The best hotel in Crete, a true 5 stars experience. The staff and especially the reception will go far and beyond to make sure you have everything you need during your stay. The rooms are spacious and the view is great. The heated private pool was a great advantage. Everything is extra clean, the food is all fresh. Exceptional, exceeded my expectations. Thanks Ireina for the wonderful greeting and for all the help during our stay.

Covid 19 protocol at breakfast. Staff still wearing masks but all guests walking around without masks and helping themselves at the buffet. Masks and sanitation is offered but guests are not using it. Could still be more strict in these times.

Such a beautiful and unique resort. All off it is designed with a carfull thought about the guests. Everything about it is so FINE! From the soaps in the bath to the GREAT food in all 5 restorants. But what we loved the Most was the resort's stuff! :) Michaelis & Nadine we absolutely love you and hope to come back again

It is probably the best managed hotel I have ever been to. The location is beautiful, the food excellent and the staff is incredibly friendly and professional. All amenities, including Gym, are clean and meet high standards.

This hotel was a perfect choice to get away for couple of days. I enjoyed every minute of it!! Terrific staff, amazing facilities, safe atmosphere and wow what a view from the balcony!!! I would definitely recommend the NANA PRINCESS HOTEL as a great place to come to relax and enjoy yourself!! I will come back .....

The property is stunning and new, the suites with private pools are luxurious, the restaurant Eternal blue deserves a Michelin star. We had unforgettable time in the huge spa and the staff are the true gems of this resort. We can't wait to come back.

Nothing at all actually if you love privacy, quietness and a high quality relaxing stay, but guests should be aware that this hotel is not for people who love a bit of action in the evenings. There is also just one small thing and that is the price for room service breakfast. Breakfast was already included in our rate, but in order to have breakfast in the room you need to pay an extra EUR 40 per person on average which we found a bit high. This has put us off to try the room service breakfast even once.

The property was amazing and we were very happy with the attentive hotel staff. The food in the on-site restaurants is of high quality and if you want something else, then you can visit nearby restaurants which are in walking distance. The beach is small but it never felt crowded and you could always find a private spot near the pool area. This is definitely a place we would like to return some day.

Plenty to say about Nana Princess, all good. They started strong with a warm welcome - all the staff here treated us exceptionally well throughout our stay. No query was too trivial and they navigated us through our vacation very professionally and politely. Not only was this appreciated, but it relaxed us into the holiday very quickly (excellent) - some of the staff were truly lovely to us and it made it hard to leave! We both loved the facilities and the site - it's quite fantastic. Although at full capacity, you would never know it, the whole place is very private and quiet and immaculately clean. Lovely private beach and associated facilities, a protected beach as well ideal for swimming and families. Pool and beach services were very good, making it feel more like an extension to your room than an outside area. We used a good range of facilities, tennis (via the sister hotel), gym, watersports (skuba & others) and they were all good and zero fuss to organise through the reception. Restaurants were also good, the Eternal Blue seemed to have less traffic but has the best position by far and is a really pleasant way to have a slow dinner watching the sun go down. The hotel is also well positioned for transit or walk into nearby Stalida for a wider range of food for a more lively night out if you fancy ;) Security is also excellent, a fully gated and patrolled site, perfect if you've driven here or have a family. We would happily recommend Nana Princess, we're not generally beach go-ers, but this place was wonderful and really helped us unwind properly - thank you very much!

Hotel transfer from the airport to the hotel was just a taxi. Driver was late and was talking by telephone loud speaker during the trip. I would prefer that 5 star hotel has its own car and driver to transfer hotel guests from the airport to the hotel.

Everything, beach, nice rooms, staff was very professional and provided a lot of attention. Staff in restaurant was super friendly and professional. Overally staff cared a lot regarding everything.

More atmosphere in the restaurants and more reasonably priced. Keep pool bar open longer

A beautifully decorated and brilliantly run hotel. Everything is just perfect. The rooms are immaculate, spacious and everything is in the right place. We especially loved the suite pool and outdoor shower. But what really makes this hotel is the amazing attention of the staff who are all excellent and go beyond in every area ... we would especially like to thank Sophia (who we saw breakfast, beach and dinner) Mikael (in charge of the beach), Irene, Filli (customer relations/reception) Nikos (who drove the buggies) and Michalis (food and beverage manager) they were professional and very helpful ... and of course all the other staff. We also loved the Ploumis tennis academy in the sister hotel next door which has incredible coaches (Aleks was brilliant), manager (George) and the brand new clay courts courts. I came with my niece and we just loved it here... As someone who travels around the world I must say that this hotel exceeded all my expectations, thank you
