We have had a marvelous vacation in Nautilux Hotel. Very nice, modern, clean and elegant hotel. Great location in Rethymno. Welcoming treatment by each of the hotel staff. Great breakfast. Nice private beach.

The hotel is new. Nice atmosphere and elegant design. Very quiet location at night. 5 euro by Taxy to the old town of Rethymno ( lots of shops & restaurants) or 35 min walk. . The hotel has its own very nice beach. We were very happy and think that it is the best hotel in Rethymno. Everything was perfect.

We did actually mention this to reception as we left as we believe if these things were addressed - it would be perfect. The room design seemed to focus mainly on looks rather than practicality. And whilst it did look awesome, and was very large - these small things would enhance it for the better 1. The wardrobes are on a slant so your clothes kinda sit at an angle and you cant close the doors properly 2. There is very limited storage. Where there is empty space (which is obviously a design feature) put some drawers in. We had to both use our suitcases for anything that you couldn't hang. And it just gets annoying 3. Put a seperate switch for the toilet in. When sharing a room you dont want to have to turn lights on for one half of the room, that inevitably wakes the other guest up. 4. Shower in the middle of the room. All good for us as a couple - but it would be pretty awkward if sharing with a friend. You can literally see everything and there is no private bathroom.

We adored our stay in the Nautiliux Hotel. On arrival we were given an upgrade to our room which was massively appreciated. The service from the moment you arrive is impeccable. The hotel rooms are lovely and the pools and beach area are stunning. We spent 10 days at the end of the season and switched from days out - to days on the beach and around the pool. We were spoilt for places to relax and enjoy the weather. The attention to detail is impressive whilst you enjoy the outside amenities. Little safe boxes to lock up for when you head to the sea. A private beach. 2 pools. Towels. A call button for service. A plethora of seats to chose from. Cabanas, bean bags, loungers. All the staff were so attentive. remembering your choice of drink at breakfast. Posting post cards for you. And the indoor pool is also lush. I also enjoyed an all over body massage in the spa, which was also gorgeous.

This has been our 7th time in Crete but the first time in Rethymno and in this Hotel. Nautilux has been a really pleasant surprise: the team is always helpfull and nice, the sea is magic and the private beach really well manteined, the 2 pools are amazing and if you choose a room on the main floor you will have direct access to a private warm water minipool. The Spa and its hot pool is well managed. Breakfast and dinner were delicious even at the end of the season. You can reach the nice Rethymno Ancien center walking 20 minutes on the "lungomare". We will come back. Thanks to the team for the nice stay .

There was nothing about our stay that we were unhappy with. Everything was top-notch. The nespresso machine in the room even had Starbucks brand pods. This may not seem like a big deal, but when it comes to cutting costs in hospitality, the amenities are usually the first to take a hit. Sticking with high-quality soaps, coffees, and linens kept the experience above expectations. We are 100% satisfied customers.

For our honeymoon, we went for the maisonette and will not be downgrading next time we stay. It was absolutely phenomenal. Valet parking was included, great coffee maker in the room, a hot tub on our balcony, exceptional beach chairs, and a breakfast buffet to feed royalty. We loved every minute of our stay and even bought bottles of the bodywash/shampoo because it was so nice.

Not much not to like but perhaps more simple grilled meat for evening meal buffet as most meat seem to be on a bed of something.

All staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and above all pleasant. Food was very good. Very relaxing vibe and beautiful hotel, especially the architecture.

The gym is very small - they only allow three people at once to use it. The jacuzzi in the indoor pool is disappointing. Some of the music played outside by the pools just got the vibe wrong - which is very chilled.

This may sound cliché, but there was nothing that I did not like about my stay.

I was recently in Greece for my best friends wedding. It also was my very first time visiting the country. My second accommodation in the country was the Nautilux Hotel. From the moment I walked onto the property and began to walk towards the entrance, I was met by a friendly face. His name was Nikitas. He welcomed me to the hotel and walked me to reception to get checked in. I expected a wait bc I was a few hours early. Areta was another friendly and helpful face who worked magic and got a room for me very quickly so I did not have to wait. Through out my stay she gave me a lot of helpful advice on places to go around to shop for a white dress:) . I also must mention Iliana, she was so nice and truly interested in how my stay was and if there was anything that she could do to make the stay more comfortable in the future. All the people that I encountered made my stay that much more enjoyable. The hotel is beautiful but the staff are wonderful.

We didn’t know that dinner buffet is without drinks(only with paid menu), unlike which in our country. But this maybe is different in every country and area.

It's our honeymoon, but we didn’t notice the resort in advance: our room had been upgraded free to a rooftop room with jacuzzi, and they also gifted us a bottle of pink for our honeymoon, what a sweet surprise! Every one is very kind and caring. The location is far from downtown of Rethymno, but the resort has its own beach, which is very calm and keep from crowds. Hope we have chance to be here again in the future!

Very nice and beautiful hotel. Location is good as well and just 1min to the beach (sunbeds are also offered by the hotel and pretty nice) and restaurants near by. We totally enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this place :) perfect for a relaxing holiday and if you rent a car or scooter there a several day trips to explore crete

The only gripe would be instead of chairs on the balcony sun loungers.

Breakfast & Evening meals really nice a lot of different food to pick from, Staff especially Ria looked after me as I was on my own. Room - incredible I was located on the top floor with two floors and a hot tub overlooking the pool. Locations perfect nice and quiet. Restaurants & bars nearby if you fancy a nice meal out One plus One which is up the road 10/10.

The only very small issue were all the buttons for the different lights, a/c, etc. It was confusing for us.

Excellent service and facilities. We were made feel very welcome by outstanding staff. Special thanks to Liana💜. The breakfast was superb. The pool and private beach gave a very relaxing vibe. We were lucky to get an upgrade of our room without asking for it! I would like to return any time.

Staff were absolutely fantastic! Almost felt like we made friends with them. They upgraded us to a lovely room which just made things extra special - since me and my girlfriend were celebrating. Food was brilliant and they always accommodated for Ellie who is Coeliac. An amazing spread giving us plenty of fresh options.
