Sometimes it was hard to find free sunbeds because people leave their towels there early in the morning to "reserve" them.

The staff is super friendly and kind. We loved the beach and the hotel.

Outstanding hotel with modern and nicely designed facilties, very professional/friendly team and great organization. We were upgraded to a duplex (they call it Maisonette) and that was a blast: 60m2 , 2 floors, 2 bathrooms, 2 terraces and a big jacuzzi with sea view...we loved it!

For many years I was the CEO and director general of a large international tour company. Working with the best 5* hotels (The hotel did not know about me). Me and my beloved family of 5 just came back from a 5 night stay at Nautilux and this is definitely one of the best hotels I’ve seen. The following are my highlights: 1. Location: This is by far the best 5* hotel in Crete that is within a beautiful town (Rethymno). There are other great hotels in Crete but not as close to town. 2. The rooms. We booked a executive suite with hot tub, which was amazing!! the kids (all grownups) had a patio room with Jacuzzi, a huge room and they were all very happy as well. 3. Breakfast is very good. 4. The pool and the private beach are amazing! 5. Service and staff: highly attentive service from the whole team- kind, smiling and caring. 6. Bottom line: 10 out of 10 in all categories. Thanks Nautilux team for an amazing stay.

First of all, hotel was brand new.Staff was very warm and welcome,we are amazed.Food was also excellent,from breakfast to dinner.Lots of dishes. They gave our room an upgrade,we were very happy.We recommend this hotel all the time.

New and modern city hotel, excellent location, very good breakfast. Above all, the personal and dedicated service from the waitress through the dear managers who do everything to make you satisfied and of course the lovely Liana stands out. Bottom line, service above expectations.

10 out of 10 is not enough to rate this hotel. Everything was just fantastic. Great service, the staff is so kind and friendly, and everything is super clean. This hotel impressed us a lot. Also worth mentioning is the spa with an excellent service. My special thanks to Katerina (reception), Maria (reception), Liana (guest relations), Megi (service), George (Perakis, restaurant), Lina (restaurant), and Katerina (queen of the spa): you and your colleagues are the heroes of this hotel, we enjoyed a lot being your guests. We'll definitely come back one day.

Just a little funny thing - i had to ask for an iron like 5 times both in-person and via phone over two days. Each time they would let me know that they handle this asap and they even recognized me from my second attempt, or would leave a note for another shift staff, but still nobody brought it. Didn’t affect my impression cause all the other requests were handled in a second. Maybe there was some issue with that iron that they wanted to hide or whatever, just became funny already :)

Amazing new hotel, everything is just so stylish and gives a nice luxe feel. The staff is great. We got our room upgraded cause it was my friend’s birthday trip, thank you so much!! The pool area with cozy beds, the private beach zone, free smoothies were brought to your sunbed. I got a really good deal for this hotel but our experience was worth much more thanks to them ;)

The rooms are very new and the electric panel switches take a bit of getting used to! Not much storage space for clothes or hooks. All inclusive didn't seem to include unlimited drinks, but it wasnt very clear what was included. There was also strange art on the wall which made getting to the bed difficult!!

Amazing room, with fantastic size balcony overlooking the pool and the sea. Privatr jacuzzi was so nice and we used it a lot. Beach access and food and drinks service was perfect with lovely staff. We loved the live music in the evenings and the buffet meals were great.

Everything was excelllent!

The hotel is just beautiful! It just celebrated its first birthday and everything is brand new an in best condition. The stuff is amazing and so super friendly, as well as discret. The location is optimal, as the area itself is quiet, no tourists walking around - but within a few steps you are in the city center of Rethymnon with all the beautyful spots.

A bit more variation in the lunch menu would be nice. The pool with the palm island in it asks to make a pool bar ;)

The hotel is new and you can see it everywhere, it looks amazing. The beach right next to it is beautiful and clean. We enjoyed all inclusive package - breakfasts were very nice with a good variety and so were the dinners as well. For lunch the restaurant menu was provided which was the same every day but still had options to choose from. The bar menu was full of beverages and tasty cocktails. Our semi-ground room with hot tub was impeccable with a nice design and looked exactly like the photos. All hosts and stuff were extremely polite and respectful. Kudos!
