Quiet and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Shower was great and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very good.

I found the room we were first provided a bit too loud (as I could hear everything from the corridors), so it was a bit difficult for me to sleep the 1st night. However, when I asked to change - they did their best to accommodate my needs and for which I'm super grateful!!!

Superb central location, but still secluded from loud restaurants streets. Delicious breakfast that varied slightly from day to day. Highly tech advanced rooms with everything one might need. But best thing is the amazingly attentive and helpful staff (I had an injury during my stay and they provided me with everything they could, and it made a big difference to me).

We had a good time at the hotel, but we had a couple of minor issues. Firstly, the shower in our room leaked a bit. It couldn't keep the water in, so we had a little flood every time we took a shower. It's not a big deal, but a bit annoying. Additionally, during breakfast, we noticed that when certain items ran out, there was a lack of staff presence to promptly replenish them. This meant that we had to make a trip to the reception desk to request more coffee or eggs. Now, these weren't deal-breakers. We still had a good time overall. But fixing up these little issues would definitely make things even better.

We had an excellent experience at this hotel. The location couldn't have been better, as it was within walking distance of shops, restaurants, bars, and all the major monuments. The hotel itself offered a comfortable and cozy stay, providing all the essential amenities without unnecessary extravagance. The staff were not only attentive but also friendly throughout our stay. One gesture that particularly made our trip more convenient was their willingness to accommodate our early check-in request, for which we were genuinely grateful.

The hotel is new so I believe this would be improvements: There is no space for soap and shampoo inside the shower and bathroom design is nice but when we take a shower we get the whole bathroom wet.

Really quite gutted that the roof terrace wasn’t open. They had told me it should have been opened by my visit! Neighbours we’re a nightmare (one night) and kept me awake most of the night but that’s not something the hotel can control.

Street view on Google maps makes the wee lane the hotel is on look a bit grim but we felt 100 per cent safe and comfortable morning noon and night. You are literally around the corner from fabulous food and drink locations :)

Fantastic location - walking distance to everything. The wonderful staff made our stay special - we received true Greek hospitality in the middle of a huge city - warm, relaxed and ever-helpful. Breakfast is fresh and delicious. Rooms funky and well laid out. This is a brand new hotel so there are some finishing touches to be added - rooftop bar etc.

The location is is great for proximity and the hotel had been newly renovated. Such a delightful staff who made us feel so very welcome. The breakfast was varied yet simple, fresh, satisfying, and absolutely delicious.

There were a few problem because they are still renovating the hotel, some of the lights in the room didn’t work and the jacuzzi didn’t work properly… but it didn’t influence that much…

I really like the location and the design of the room it was lovely. The staff was so helpful !
