Neighborhood was fairly dirty.

Great bar downstairs with free breakfast. Very comfortable, clean room with an excellent shower. Less that 30 minute walk to most attractions.

Super friendly. Akropolis in short walking distance. Very nice restaurants and bars in the neighborhood. Still not a touristic area. We loved it. Great!

Keep in mind, Neratzia is a cafe/bar too. Consequently, you have to close the window, not being disturbed by the guest's noise in the late evening/night when you like to sleep

Well located close to restaurants and bars in a clean, quiet, and nice part of Athens Services were very good. They showed great flexibility in arrival time and departure. Breakfast is excellent and the room service too.

For breakfast, you order from the brunch-style menu downstairs. Everything was delicious but it was a bit rich for me. It would be great if they also offered a couple of simplier/lighter options for breakfast.

Really glad we booked this place. The staff were great and really kind (both in-person and by email), the room had everything we needed and the bed was comfy. Loved the Korres toiletries in the bathroom! We were really happy with the area too as it's near everything without being in the middle of everything. To get there from the airport, you can just buy an airport metro ticket (9 euros) and it's one easy change at Syntagma. It's right next to a chemist and supermarket. Note, there's no reception as such (you check in at the bar) so it's worth stopping by tourist information at the airport or at the office next to the Acropolis for maps etc.

The mattrass in the bed was too soft for me

The breakfast was great, the omlette was really delicious, such as the latte and the fresh orange juice. The service was quick, the bar is very cozy.

Staff were kind and helpful. Location was awesome as we could walk yo the sites- museum, plaka. Nights were quiet too. Breakfast was the highlight!!

If you don't want to carry your bags upstairs, you may want to know that there were no elevator. For us it was not any issue.

Breakfast was delicious. Savour or sweet dish was made-up of your order. Also Greek specialites, wich were amazing. Room was surprisingly quiet and very clean. Beds were just perfect. The restaurant/bar downstairs offered good variety of drinks and food, so no need to walk further, if tired. The staff was something exeptional, really helpful and genuinely wanted us to enjoy our stay. We stayed in 3 different hotels during our 8 days holiday, and this was the only I could truly recommend!

Everything was amazing! Apartment had everything you would need. The restaurant beneath the apartment had perfect food, especially breakfast, and the cocktails were amazing. The staff was also very friendly and ready to help. ❤️

Our flight got delayed because of the huge storms over Greece. Communication from the hotel was excellent and the manager arranged for food and drinks to be left in our room as we ended up arriving so late. The room and shower were great and we loved the area. The restaurant and bar downstairs were also excellent. Would definitely stay again!

Basically just a room in a building, a little on the outskirts of the main areas in town. The area around was pretty quiet, a few nice local restaurants and cafes, but a bit out of the main areas if that’s a concern. Didn’t have a lot of interaction with the staff who are busy operating the restaurant downstairs.

Very clean room, daily cleaning also appreciated. Delicious breakfast from the bistro downstairs included. Good AC, nice balcony in the room, comfortable bedding. Helpful to have a fridge and kettle and very nice toiletries provided!
