A brand new otel with clean and comfort rooms. Hygen was really good in the otel. the owners were very friendly and helpful. nice stay for a silent and peaceful holiday. there is not much thing to do in the town. one good restaurant with a good sea view only ,a little bit expensive but just go there. others are really bad. sea view and sunset is perfect. Otel is perfect for short stays.

Good location and excellent design of the hotel and rooms. High hygiene and a comfortable bed. Very attentive and helpful host. The building and all the facilities are new and modern. Location’s great for those who want a quiet night yet to be walking distances to the centre. For a quiet winter break, it ticked all the boxes with me. The staff are friendly and very helpful despite language barrier. Would like to thank them both for making my stay a pleasant one.

Very clean and modern room, with a comfortable bed, terrace facing the port and well-equipped kitchen with nice breakfast included! The town of Fanari is quaint and beautifully located, with amazing sites located at a short driving distance. We came in the winter and were amazed by the natural beauty of the Rhodope mountains in the distance, the strips of land with the sea on one side and the lagoons on the other, and especially the flamingos grazing in the lagoons. The proximity of the beautiful monastery of Agios Nikolaos is another merit of the location. We hope to come to Nero again in warmer weather so we can swim in the sea and make the most of the amazing local beaches!

Nikos, our host was so great! We arrived late, but he waited for us and he welcomed us with a bottle of wine, which we enjoyed very much and he even got us a better room with a lovely view. He and the ladies were all very helpful and kind. The location is comfortable, clean, easily accessible, quiet, close to the sea and restaurants, cafés and shops. There is no breakfast, but there is complimentary water, tea, coffee in the room. The ladies even invited us for Greek coffee in the morning. We had a very restful stay and we wished we could have stayed longer.

Brand new, cozy hotel at a nice calm place in Fanari. Very nice rooms with spacious balconies, You are a couple of minutes’ walk to the promenade, the restaurants, and the park, but you are away from the noise. The owner and his staff are very helpful and always at your disposal. We received complimentary wine, water, and something for breakfast in the fridge when we arrived. The owner explained which are the best beaches around, and which restaurants are the best, and what to order. We had a great one week stay at the hotel, and we consider repeating again.

Nero Seascape Suites where we stayed for 4 nights with my wife; I'd say it's the newest, top quality hotel in the Fanari area. All furnishings in the hotel and the room are brand new, clean and of high quality. There are plates, water glasses, coffee cups, glasses, forks, knives, spoons, toasters, air conditioners, TV, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, hair dryer, safe, free and hassle-free wifi in the room. Our room has a large and beautiful balcony. You can see the sea from all the balconies in the hotel. There are sufficient free parking spaces for your car, both next to the hotel and in the areas in front of the hotel. In addition, when we entered the room; bread, fruit, butter, honey, jam, water, cheddar cheese, salami, tea bags, coffee capsules were left free of charge for breakfast. There was even a sponge, dish soap and kitchen towel for the dishes in the room. Hotel owner Nikos is very friendly and respectful. He was very interested in us. We also thank him very much for the kind gift of wine he gave us. We tested the wine, it tastes very good. If we are in Fanari area again, Nero Seascape Suites will be the first address that comes to our mind. We would like to thank dear Nikos for his interest and for bringing such a beautiful hotel to the region.

The balcony was a bit dusty, both the floor, chairs and table.

Everything was alright, the fridge had some snacks, there was coffee/ tea and the door bell was funny (there was a massive library of sounds to choose from).

The place is just amazing! Everything you need to feel relaxed, stress relieved from work or big town life and to pamper yourself. The place is very clean, modern and cozy at the same time. The host is very kind, everyone from the staff warmhearted, they do everything to make you feel special. Very gentle acts of attention and sweet compliments in the fridge for example, and the view from the front room balcony. You can stare for hours to recharge your batteries. Forever thankful for the host and we will come again for sure!

The hotel is brand new, built with the ultimate attention to details and splendidly located within minutes walk from restaurants and the local shops. The staff and owner will make sure you have the most pleasant stay. Definitely my go-to place for my future vacations in Fanari.
