Apartment was dirty,there was hair in bathroom and leftover rubbish. This was a shame as we stayed in the San Francisco apartments which were very clean. Wifi was not properly working.

There is no drying rack next to the sink. No cutting board and sharp knife. Constant humming noise from an electrical cabinet next to the elevator on the ground floor. Especially at night it sounds noisy.

host was pate with check in details of 2 hours and was not flexible for leaving the apartment, the cleaning come 5min before 11am. The view from the window is inside of building and have no natural light, the A/C was switching off by it self.

The check in was at 15:00. I was there at 15:00 and i was waiting outside 15 min because nobody send me any instructions about the self check in!!! I had to called them, and after 15 minutes they send me the instructions! Also The shower was broken😞 i called them again and they knew beforehand that the shower was broken and that the maintenance guy will come over to fix it and nobody inform me, and they told me that i have to wait. i was waiting again for one hour, then the maintenance guy came and he didn’t fix it well. And last there was only 1 toilet papes and our stay was for 3 days!!!

The wifi signal was weak and not always working. The building seems to be undergoing major renovations (but the apartment is already completely renovated).

The apartment is super nice, newly renovated with a lot of ammenities to make your stay comfortable. The shower is comfortable, there are several supermarkets near by and is located close to the city centre.

A bottle of water and maybe some nespresso capsules and/or some tea would be much appreciated since there is an espresso machine and a kettle. The bed could be a bit softer but it's a matter of personal taste. Also during my stay (end of November 2022) there were renovation works in the building early in the morning so it was not possible to get some rest or work when needed. I guess that these willl be done soon.

The main entrance of the building was renovated and was bright and gave you the feeling of security although sometimes it was not closed by visitors. The room was recently renovated and almost everything seemed to be new. Modern, stylish and cosy at the same time very close to many bars and restaurants but also to the city center (everything on walking distance).

Everything was clean obviously but there were some spots on the bedsheets and on the bath mat. So they didn't look 100% immaculate, even if they were cleaned.

It was new renovated apartment with everything needed. Location is good. It was spacious.

The hand shower was broken and the shower itself was not in a good state - there were small bugs there and it smelled really bad, there was musty smell in the whole apartment. It wasn't the cleaning person's fault - they did the best they could do, because the shower's condition is just bad.

The property is really nice, clean and the interior is fully renovated. It 100% worth it for the money that we gave. I suggest to everyone to go and stay there since it is a really quiet area and close to amenities.

. 2 - The apartment was well located and relatively clean. We booked the apartment for 5 days and had 1 towel for all the days of our stay which is very unhealthy. We entered the apartment on Thursday and Friday morning we asked the owner to bring us a hairdryer as there was none. The answer came a day later, i.e. Saturday, and the hair dryer was brought to us on Sunday, Monday morning we left, so we were not served immediately. When she brought the hair dryer she walked into the room without any notice, unacceptable

Everything was perfect. The staff was very polite and helpful. Assistance 24/7. The room was clean, nice and comfortable. Also, the accommodation was very cheap. I definitely recommend it.

The bathroom got us horrified after we found that when the floor got wet the towel that was on the floor for our feet was reeking like old man piss. The toilet was not clean either and when we wanted to clean it ourselves there was no cleaning supply, only a mop and dish soap. First we thought of a leak but the entire floor stank like piss it was concluded that it only `seemed` clean from a distance. There was also not enough toilet paper either. Furthermore air-conditioning was not functioning properly. There was a coffee machine without any coffee or sugar and even tea was out of the question. Good location for those who are exploring the city but definitely not those who are expecting to have some rest and enjoy their leisure. Street was noisy during the day hours. After the first night we left the room and booked a hotel instead.

If i need to say one thing that I didn’t like about the apartment in some period of the time the WC smelled bad .
