The one thing that was bizarre to us was every time we tried to make a reservation at the restaurant, it’s always booked! We think the hotel should prioritize their in-house guests to make sure they can enjoy dinner at the hotel they’re staying at. They did accommodate us although the first 2 nights we have to wait.

The location was perfect for us because every attraction we wanted to visit was in walking distance. The rooftop restaurant was amazing (with a spectacular view of the acropolis) and food was so delectable! The room we stayed in was tight with 4 luggages. The staff are very accommodating!

First room was fine, The noise from room 307 reminded me of being at a drag race, very loud until late into the night. The decible level should be reviewed and addressed, a restful evening eluded us for sure

The sites or places we want to go are pretty walkable and accessible from the property. The restaurant and staff are great. We had some delicious food at the rooftop restaurant. Looking at the acropolis every time during breakfast and dinner is just one experience we can’t forget.

Smaller quarters, but we did book a smaller room — if you made coffee in the room outside of the first night there was a small charge to refurbish daily, which we chose not to do since coffees were free with breakfast which was included in the room price. Just sort of odd, though again not really a problem!

It was a great location, but most of all the staff were AMAZING!!! The room was small and the air wasn’t fantastic (couldn’t get it cold to USA standards but for Europe it was sort of the average to be fair) but it was clean, the breakfast was always very nice and with healthy options as well as a great latte) so overall I give it high marks! Most importantly George, Nicholas and the rest of the desk staff were just amazing and very accommodating helping plan dinners and a lovely chartered sailing trip. Thanks to all!!!!

This hotel was so nice! Perfect location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The shower was very nice and the bed was extremely comfortable. I love that the breakfast ran all the way until 11:00 a.m. The ruins found in the basement were such a cool, unexpected surprise!

Love, love, loved the location and the people!! From checkin to checkout out, we were treated like VIPs. Loved the little touches. A glass of cool fruit infused water served in a glass at checkin. A mini fridge filled with fruit juices and water bottles. Tea and coffee in the room. Luggage storage. The room was so comfy. Quiet on the sixth floor with a view of the Acropolis and the Parthenon. Great rain shower. The rooftop restaurant was so convenient. Our waitress explained the different breakfast bar dishes. Fresh pastries, fruits, cheeses, eggs, and olives. Cookies from Crete. Mountain tea. A Cappuccino bar. Chocolate halva. Fresh salad. With a view of the Parthenon, it was the perfect way to start (or end) the day. In Athens, expect to walk and walk and walk. So convenient to walk to The Acropolis, museums, shopping, restaurants and more. Great location, amazing staff and a delicious restaurant. Wonderful!

The staff treated us like royalty they were so helpful and were always available when you needed them.

The view is great, location was very convenient and the staff went above and beyond. The best breakfast we had at any resort while in Europe. Would 100% recommend if you’re staying in Athens!

This is not the cause of the hotel, but it is customary for all European hotels - In order for your lights and AC to work, you need to keep you hotel card inserted in the door slot as you enter the room. Also, it would be nice to keep an extra box to tissues in the room since most hotel boxes hardly come with enough tissues for a stay. Lastly, I think the hotel could invest in new bath towels. Our towels were all gray in color and the edges were fringed as if they were old.

Hotel is Great to all the tourist attractions. The Hotel staff were friendly and professional. I loved the roof top restaurant - "Stork" is wonderful for a late night dinner with the view of the Acropolis all lite up at night. It is best to make reservations since the restaurant is small. Lastly, the restaurant serves family style for two - The Lamb Risotto was excellent!

Location was perfect. Hotel was top notch, breakfast selection was fantastic & on the roof, what a way to start of your day. Restaurant was quality, food was great. Definitetly recommend & will stay here again.
