The location is slightly out of the way but it only is a couple of minutes' walk from the beach, restaurants etc.

Beautiful hotel, lovely staff that couldn't do enough for you. Hotel is spotless clean, rooms cleaned every day and new fresh towels provided. Lots of little complimentary bits in the room including razors, toothbrush, sewing kit, cotton buds, shampoo & conditioner. Highly recommend this hotel, we will 100% be back

Nicely decorated spacious rooms and balconies with sea views. Perfectly clean, beds and towels changed every day. There are some reviews complaining about breakfast, but I think breakfast was very good as well, with various fresh fruits, cheeses, hot dishes… absolutely enough for every taste. Few seconds away from the beach and within 5 mins walk from bars and restaurants. Staff is very welcoming, professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff were exceptionally helpful. We booked a 1 night stay due to the air traffic control issue in the UK which resulted in our flight getting cancelled. They were professional, helpful, happy and welcoming to us. They made an awful, stressful situation much more bearable.

Firstly, the staff was extremely pleasant, helpful and welcoming. Their hospitality and attentive service made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Secondly, we were very satisfied with hotel itself (room, bathroom, cleanliness, breakfast options, pool, etc.). We especially enjoyed Greek night organised at the hotel which included Greek food and live Greek music. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at the hotel!

The breakfast was ok. The hot items beans etc were luke warm at best. But the continental breakast items they had, pastries etc were very nice.

New modern hotel recently renovated. The room was crystal clean with cleaners in every day. The bed was so comfy! A smart TV in the room for netflix and chill time! Pool area was nice with good music playing at the bar area. Happy hour every evening from and delicious coctails are only €5! Staff very nice. Did not eat lunch or dinner there so cannot comment on the food. Great location, very near a beach and a lovely walk down to the main harbour. Really enjoyed our stay here!

It‘s a 1 minute walk to the beach and the location is very quiet. It‘s a small but cute hotel with a small pool that fits perfectly to the hotel. The employees are very kind and helpful.

There is room for improvement with breakfast, rubbery fried eggs and bread left uncovered which got really dry with the hot breeze blowing straight through the breakfast area.

Modern hotel with large rooms, comfortable beds and a large balcony. Great swimming pool lots of sun loungers and parasols. Couple of minutes walk to the nearest beach, shops and restaurants the strip goes on for a fair distance. The room had a safe, good aircon, and a mini bar (overpriced of course )

Sometimes music was a little bit too loud, but as long as you close the bathroom door you wont hear anything so at the end its not too much of a problem.

Everything was completely brand new, the structure and the rooms. It was carefully designed and welcoming. The AC was silent. The staff were so helpful and kind, the room service was perfect, and in general everything was great. The hotel is in Kardamena, a tranquil beachside small town, outside of nightlife area

The only minor issues for us were the music at the pool/bar area, and the insistence to change towels every day. We tried to ask to not have them changed every day (environmental concerns) but was unsuccessful and just gave up :) The music at the bar area starts right after breakfast, and continues until late (22:00 or more). This may be a plus for those looking for some excitement/fun, but after a long day in the heat/beach or traveling the island, you might want to get some peace and quiet too (like us) :)

The size, comfort, cleanliness and decor of the rooms were superb. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The pool was clean and service at the bar was superb too. Sheets/towels changed every day. All in all a great destination, and I would stay there again next time.

Super lovely and friendly Staff, always helpful in every situation. The room was pretty and had a high comfort. We had a great view to the beach from our balcony. Our flight home was at 7p.m , so late checkout was also possible :) The hotel is 2 mins away from the beach.

My view from the balcony was on the broken house, what is a bit strange for such a high level hotel. It didn’t disturb me, but it was just a bit strange, because the hotel is really high level.

A very good hotel, high quality. The personal is very nice and helpful, the breakfasts are very good, nice swimming pool. The modern apartments with everything that you need. It’s a really quiet place for someone, who wants to find a peace in Kardamena. I would definitely come back.

Nice staff. Perfectly cleaned. We got new towels every day. Near the sandy beach. A nice walk to the city center and to the port. Breakfast was very good. We had room with sea views, but we saw the construction.

Can't think of anything I didn't like. It would have been nice to have had a couple of English TV channel but not the end of the world that we didn't!!

We’ve just returned from a 9 day stay at the Nicolas Grand Suites which was amazing. This is a new venture in a completely renovated property a short walk from everything Kardamena has to offer. We had a top floor sea view suite with huge balcony which was amazing. The suite was beautifully laid out with TV’s in both lounge and bedroom and separate AC unit’s so you could be totally comfortable wherever you were. TV’s had both Netflix and Amazon Prime apps so you could log into your own account and watch if you so wished. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows and bedding of a high quality. The staff are incredible – we arrived late so overslept for breakfast on our first morning, so the restaurant staff brought us a selection from the buffet to our room – which was such a lovely thoughtful gesture. Thank you Thanos! Breakfast buffet was abundant, delicious and super fresh. The pool area is super stylish with enough beds for every guest and attentive and friendly barman Ilias. Big shout out to Alex who made our stay so memorable and the lovely friendly smile of Stefania and Thanos everyday on reception!!

The hotel and staff are great, they can not do enough for you. It has everything you need. Rooms have air condioning , safe kettle, TV, comfy beds and lovely balcony. Location is good too at the end of the restaurants so nice walk along.
