I found the beds a little too hard, and lack of variety at the dinner offered. The breakfast could be a little bit better but it was OK.

Great location, close to Petani beach and with a fantastic sunset. One of the best views that you can have around. Good pool and you can also grab a beer/drinks in the tavern located at the very same place. The hosts were kind and helpful.

The food in the restaurant is so so, but because there is no much options around is good to have this option, the bathroom was not the best, the toilet make some noise for a while after flushing and the shower was kind of broken in the side, so the water would go to the sides too. The beach below is not the best, but is good to visit and see it.

The sunset from the place is probably one of the best things, definitely a beautiful view of the sunset, the garden is very nice too, the room has a good size and the air-conditioner works well, they have a restaurant just beside, where you can buy some beers, wine, water or food.

There was no hot water. The reason given was solar heating doesn’t work when there are cloudy days. There was no proper lighting- I couldn’t read at night as there was no bedside lighting on both sides of bed. The room lighting was very inadequate. There was no safe for valuables. There was a kettle with coffee mugs but no supplies of tea, coffee, sugar - quite strange. The most concerning thing was how hard the beds were! Neither my husband or I got much sleep as the beds were the most uncomfortable we have ever had!

Location was great. The room was very clean and the staff were welcoming and very helpful.

We were traveling with a 3 year old kid. This hotel is like an iceberg. Looks fancy but inside it is cold, not cozy. Hosts were insincere. We ordered a room before a week, but no one warned us that in a few days a huge wedding party will perform under our balcony and we wouldn't be able to sleep till 4a.m. Next day no one apologized. Moreover, the last day before leaving we were charged for 3€ (some kind of tourist taxes). Respect! Breakfast was bad - boiled eggs, ham, cheese and cornflakes. The location is bad, one mini market in 5min, the nearest town is far away.

We booked a 4 night stay in a double room, when we arrived we had a 2 single bed room. Later, after calling their customer service, they decided to move us to a double room. We were happy that we had the double room we paid for, however as soon as we entered the room, we were shocked! First, the smell coming from the room was unpleasant, however we thought we could sort that out by opening the windows. We were wrong! It was a strong sewer smell coming from the bathroom, specially from the sink and shower. Then we started looking around... There were pipes coming from the floor, in 2 areas, covered with brown tape. The fridge was full of rust on the top and it was extremelly noisy, we could not even sleep with the noise. Inside the fridge, were 4 spoiled and frozen nectarines and apples. The TV remote control was falling apart and had a brown tape around it. The pillows were completely covered in yellow stains. One of the light switch was completely brown, as if it was burnt. When the air conditioning was on, there was some interference with the light - the light was flickering all the time. The room was dirty in general, had stains of coffee on the mugs tray and kettle. The main door handle was falling apart, the kettle was broken...

In the description of the room(and also in the pictures) in booking it said that I will get a room with sea view and balcony, but when I arrived the only room available was at the ground floor.

Very clean, the staff was great, the rooms are big, the sunset view is amazing, we had a great time.

The breakfast was not good compared to the price. It had variety but everything was from supermarket. Usualy in this price range in Greece you expect a breakfast to have a fresh juice, fresh honey or jam (local products) or omelate. The juice was fanta.For 110 euro per day please change at least this for god shake. Also the breakfast was buffe something that is not allowed in Greece because of covid. It not allowed each person to use the same kitchen equipment .On the top of that they proposed to eat at the hotel but they do not have machine for debit of credit card. P.S. When somebody arrives it is good to have at least one bottle in fridge and more than one small bottle sampoo in toilet.

In spite of the breakfast everythingelse else was perfect. Espeacially the view from the balcony was breathtaking. Comfortable room and parking You could use the swimming pool. Just 5 min from Petani beach..one ofthe most beautiful beaches.
