We loved the view from the balcony, the apartment was really comfortable, it was cleaned every day, we even had our bed sheets changed during our week long vacation. Personel was really nice and friendly. We are delighted with our stay and we will definitely come back!

The host, the indefatigable Mrs. Eleni, was present by smile and action, discreetly offering advice and guidance about Panormos and the surrounding area. We didn't have many additional requests on site, but they were all fulfilled very quickly. A very comfortable apartment. Quiet and intimidated. Location less than 5 minutes walk from the beach. Since the apartment was located on the ground floor, I had a pleasant temperature, often without turning on the air conditioner. The apartment also has a generous terrace, where even the coffee tastes enhanced by the visual perspective offered. A lot of care and a job done professionally by the two ladies who ensured cleanliness and hygiene in the rooms. It was a revelation the wonderful Ftelia beach, furnished with sunbeds and umbrellas, good beach-bar and open to car access for less than a month. A real paradise, both on land and on water. A very relaxing stay, in which the sea, the sun, the green of the forests, the beauty and novelty of the tourist attractions and, last but not least, the disconnection from the daily life of the city, comforted and delighted us. We had such a wonderful time, very short walk to the beach, rooms were spotless and cleaned everyday. we had a beautiful balcony on our room where we made breakfasts and lunches in our kitchenette and we worked from the balcony too (we're remote digital workers). Really loved Panormos, and the family restaurant (owned by the Niki apartments family) Linarakia (amazing grilled fish and squid). most of all Helen the host was wonderful. kind and helpful and friendly. the accomdation was perfect for us. very very happy , wish we could have stayed for a month.

5 mins to the beach.Quiet. Lovely view. Had complimentary wine,eggs,water and soft drinks. V clean, cleaned daily. Beautiful gardens. On bus route to main areas, cheap and near enough on time! Several good restaurants. 1 local shop, opened 2 days after we arrived. Hired kayaks and kayaked to Milia, Kastani etc easy to do.

Can't really think of anything except that the shower curtain could be better designed to avoid wetting the toilet.

Location perfect for exploring the blue and green island, and a two minute short stroll to supermarket, bus, and most importantly, the lovely beach and a choice of numerous restaurants. Very laid back. Spacious modern room and large balcony with a 180 degree divine view of the sunset/all day. All amenities you might need. Service excellent. Hostess Niki and daughter lovely and helpful. Enjoy the free range eggs, bottle of wine, soft drinks and fresh apricots from the garden provided free. Lovely gardens, tinkering goat bells and nightingales at dusk. We extended our stay after the first night from three to five, forfeiting the booking of two extra nights in another town on the island - that's how good it is!

Well equipped apartments in good location. I initially had a studio then extended my stay in an apartment. Both great, comfortable, spacious & very clean. Beautiful sea views with a tranquil garden setting. A family business run with efficiency and care. .Elena was a super accommodating and helpful host. The lovely beach is just across the road and the sea is beautiful. Thanks for a lovely stay 🙂

Superb, immaculately clean apartments just 50 metres from the beach. Elena was very welcoming and gave us some eggs from her chickens and tomatoes from her garden. The rooms were cleaned everyday and the bed very comfy. Really didn't want to leave!! Ps she also has a restaurant at the end of the beach, the food was delicious and the setting so picturesque with tables on the beach, would highly recommend

We fell instantly in love with Niki apartments. Eleni became our friend as she is such a good host and made sure we are having the best time. Thanks for all the positive energy and that you made us feel family. Our apartments was very comfortable and cleaned every day spotlessly. I would also recommend trying her restaurant! The most delicious food in Panormos. We would definitely come back again!

We only stayed for one night and it was OK for that duration. The bathroom needed to be updated, the shower wasn't very powerful and it just had a curtain around it which was too short for the shower basin so water leaked over the floor. The lounge had two chairs but it did not feel like somewhere were you could relax.

The room was clean, and a great location not far from tavernas and the beach.The owner was friendly and helpful. She left a bottle of wine and some produce from her garden.

Every night after 11.30 PM it was a lot of noise. A pickup or a small truck came every night and they unloaded tools and metals bars, throwing them to the ground, laughing, speaking loud and making a lot of noise. We slept with the balcony door open so we woke up every night because of the noise. We tried speaking with the lady about this, she said it will take care of the problem, but that night they came at around 00.30, like before, making a lot of noise. We were disappointed, we chose this accommodation because it wasn't close to the main road so we hoped to be quiet.

We had a very nice view, room was big and very very clean. They cleaned the room everyday, changing the towels and everything. The bathroom was small, and the shower curtain could not stop the water splashing everywhere...
