Nice, quiet place up on a hill with a beautiful view of the sea and sunset; the apartment itself comfortable, with a terrace; only five-seven minute walk to the beach; also, really nice hosts, very willing to help (the appt was cleaned once during our one-week stay). I definitely recommend this place, as well the little town of Nikiti with nice cafes (the Mall) and taverns (Perasma)!

We simply loved everything. The apartment is very nice and clean, as well as the outdoor area. It’s really quiet and close to the center and all the other beaches. Besides that there are a lot of supermarkets in just a few minutes from here such as Lidl and Masoutis. Everything was exceptional. I would also like to mention the owners (host) as well, they are really kind and hospitable people.

All was good!

We rented an apartment from 21 to 27 September. 2 separate rooms. Great terrace with a beautiful view, well maintained courtyard. Pleasant owners who live close by. The apartment is a 10 minute walk from the seafront and restaurants. We were specifically looking for a place further away from the sea for it to be quieter. Moreover, the beach in Nikiti is not the best and there are other beaches that are better within 10 min by car. The Lidl shop is near, it's very convenient. These apartments are for a comfortable holiday and are good for just resting in peace. We have been to Sithonia many times and that's rental housing we liked so we will definitely return to this place. Highly recommend!

No shower holder in the bathroom (there is one, but at a very low position, which is useless). The lighting of the kitchen space could be better. The fridge is a bit small, but fits nicely in the kitchen.

Perfect garden with a great view, beautiful and spacious room, kitchen with everything. Very fast WiFi (85/10 mbit) with strong signal. The whole experience was very nice. We felt like at home. I wish we had more time to stay there.

I LOVED IT! hosts amazing, Yanis( the son ) was allways availible on the phone and answered my questions. The facility has everything you need : spoons ,bowels, owen,everything, there was even shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom. Very Clean and spacious apartament,

The location was hard to find. We need to go with car everyday on a beach, no supermarket in near, but on the other hand we got privacy without crowd and peace.

The perfect place to relax! Incredible apartment with views of the picturesque Toroneos Bay, close to beaches in the quiet part of Nikiti. Exceptional cleanliness, everything available in the apartment. Actually, the apartment is better than in the pictures. Warm welcome and delicate presence of the hosts. The shower worked pretty well but a shower thermostatic valve would be a great addition.

We were very happy with the apartment, it offers a lot of space and it was very clean, well equipped and very comfortable (comfortable beds and sofas, great Wi-Fi, well equipped kitchen, good washing machine, spacious terrace). The property is situated in an hilly area with a great view, the yard is beautiful with lots of room to relax and easy parking and overall everything shows that a lot of attention has been put into designing, building & maintaining everything. The property is easily accessible by car and there are lots of great beaches in and around Nikiti.

We had a wonderful stay in Nikiti House Apartment, the hosts are very polite, the lady offered us free chairs for the beach and changed the beds regularly. The place is extremely clean and has everything you need for a comfortable vacation. There is a barbeque, a terrace and a beautiful sunset view. Highly recommended!
