On lower floors it is a bit noisy from the street. Also my internet connection was quite flaky and it took the staff a number of attempts to fix it. The room lights are way too complicated, very hard to turn them all off they seemed to have a mind of their own. A false fire alarm went off at 5 am due to another guest showering, is what they told us. That seemed pretty odd.

Great location less than 10 minutes walk to the center of town. Amazing facility. Beautiful pools, huge breakfast buffet, staff was very welcoming and helpful

The pool in the room is basically useless. It would be better to make it a hot tub.

View from non-sea side rooms / atrium facing rooms.floors 1-4 look against a wall / other rooms as pool area is at level 5 and blocking any view towards see. Levels above have a deep look onto terasses and pools of lower level rooms Prices for drinks and food are quite high(130euro for 2 persons incl drinks - we did not have dinner included)

Food & breakfast was great Breakfast area and both pool areas have a stunning view on the see. Personell is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Concierges park your car and always find a parkingslot in otherwise crowded street

The staff was amazing! Flora in particular, she was so nice and she upgraded us to a bigger room for our babymoon ♥️ Breakfast was great and the view is amazing from the hotel pool. Very recommended

The pool was cold (april) but you got used to it and it's such a lovely area to sit around and relax.

Location was gorgeous - overlooking the sea. Breakfast was really nice, we got a free upgrade to a plunge pool room. The staff were amazing, especially the lady who was cooking omlettes on her own on Sun 7th April - she did a brill job under serious pressure. We felt really looked after. The hotel was beautiful and setting gorgeous. It was also really quiet and amazing value. We will come again.

The design of the bedroom was poor if you are staying for more than a night or two: Nowhere to store toiletries in the shower area. Poor internal layout of wardrobe. Bad location of electrical sockets in relation to access to a mirror. Insufficient draw provision. Complicated controls for using the lights/and closing and opening the curtains.

Liked the professionalism of the staff, the pools and hotel location.

Bar on the 9th floor never seemed to be open felt a shame it was a very good spot.

The staff were hugely welcoming and warm. The sea room upgrade was really special, we got to see the sunrise every morning! The hotel is in the perfect spot with stunning sea views from the pool, and is quiet at night.

First night lights randomly came on in room every few hours waking us up. Maintenance did sort. Room key cards stopped working a few times needing trips to reception. Shower/sink in room with no privacy. Building work next door making lots of noise and dust.

Lovely hotel. Gorgeous room with a stunning view. Pool and beach area fantastic. Lots of choice for breakfast. Helpful staff. Location is great…walking distance to bars and restaurants.

The "open shower"- solution in the room leaves no possibilty for privacy. However, we managed to change to another room with no direct view of the showe zone.

- When busy, it will be hard to get a sun bed by the pool. We had to make sure we were up early to get this after our first day we made the mistake of not doing so and not having anywhere to sit in the sunshine. The area by the pool and beach is quite small considering the size of the hotel.

Sooo much to love! - Very new hotel, stylish, clean, comfortable features and room - Bed was huge and comfortable - Shower was amazing and always hot with Clarins toiletries provided - Breakfast was plentiful with many choices - View from the room (sea view) was stunning, we also got a free upgrade to a suite and we would only book the suite now for the space! - Location fantastic, next to the sea with a short walk into the centre of Agios Nikolaos for shops and restaurants - Staff all pleasant and kind and we were constantly being given complimentary treats which were a nice personal touch - Facilities are great for privacy if you wish, you have a button to change for service or not to your room, and if the door is opened slowly an alarm will sound which is an added feature for security, I liked this a lot

The pool is unheated and due to the cooler windy conditions on arrival very cold.

Loved our stay! The staff went above and beyond to provide excellent service from start to finish. Even providing a beautiful spread to welcome us for our honeymoon, upgraded our room, and put out a cake for my husbands birthday! The food was also incredible and location can’t be better. We would absolutely come back and recommend this to anyone! Thank you so much!

The food was good in overall. The only issue was that there were nights when all food contained seafood or pork and we don’t eat this… so we had a hard time with finding what to eat.

The hotel and rooms are beautiful. They upgraded us to a room with pool and sea view, which was so great.

Entering the lobby was initially disappointing as more was expected from a 5* hotel as it lacked the ‘grandness’ such a hotel needs - however the view from the 5th floor pool area and the overall standard was incredible so you end up overlooking it…

Niko is such an amazing hotel! Very good service, clean, amazing staff and Lina that we just met at the hotel was taking care if everything for us, so kind and its not easy to find such great hotels with such great service. We will come back again

Couldn’t fault property

I couldn’t fault the property. The location was very central and property was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. My suitcase was lost in transit and they followed it up for me. It was handy having the beach across the road.
