The refrigerator was a bit noisy and during the night it was a little annoying.

Beautiful studio apartment, brand new and fully furnished; nice large terrace with sea view. It is located on the seafront with lots of restaurants nearby. The owner Maria was super nice and welcoming.

We had a wonderful stay at the Okean studios. Maria was fantastic, she made us feel welcome and comfortable. The beach is just across the street, super close and it’s a beautiful beach! The apartment was super clean, she changed towels and sheets. the internet connection was also great! overall super happy with this place and would recommend it to anyone traveling to Ierissos.

The studio was sea front, everything was just like the pictures - very clean, comfortable and cosy. There is everything you need to cook and prepare coffee and tea. The beach is 1 minute away, the restaurants are very very close on walking distance. The host is super helpful and kind.

Not much it pretty much hit all our marks.

The location is in the center near the beach but the town is pretty calm so that's not an issue. Regarding the accommodation it's perfect for a family vacation, the studio is modern and comfy and the kitchen is fully equipped, also the terraces are spacious. The stаff very was helpful and friendly. Тhe beach is just a short walk so its perfect if you have small children.

We liked everything. Nice beaches, nice small village full with people. At night have bars and good restaurants with delicious food. About property everything is brand new. The host Maria is great and polite person who always will keep your room very clean and will help you with everything. Strongly recommend!

There is 2 negatives - not for me but for some people it might be a thing to consider - especially if you are handicapped, 1.There is no elevator, it is staircase only and the second one that was more of a "happens" thing is that the alarm went off randomly at night (outside of the room but was very audible despite the great sound insulation of the rooms. We were awake at that time so it was not really a big deal, but as I said - might consider this before traveling.

We stayed just for a day, but it was more than enough to convince us to come back again and stay even longer! The A/C was amazing, bed was pretty big and comfortable, location was literally 50m from the beach - what else would you need? Also the host was very friendly and approachable.

Balcony was narrow, only two people can seat at once.

The appartments in the front side of the building are too close to the road . A little of noise from a club across the road until late at night. Lack of tent in balcony.

Our appartment was spacious, very clean, comfortable, new, had many facilities , big TV., sea view, very good bathroom and nice origami decorations that make the atmosphere more joyful.

It was too noisy because of the street and the nearby beach bar. There was no hot water during the cloudy and rainy days of our stay.

Everything is new and well-designed. The staff is exceptionally kind and friendly. The place was spotless. The location is very close to the beach, restaurants and bars.

Some discotheque bar is in front of object with loud music during the day, but with mostly loud music during the night, too.
