The staff were very friendly, the breakfast was lovely and whilst the pools were cold we had a great time lazing about in them. The private pool wasn't totally private but it was nice to have our own little space to float around in! The facilities were clean and the ambience was perfect down to the music that was played. This was also the first time I experienced the room being bigger than it looks in the picture! It was a wonderful stay and we hope to go back to Nima again next year!

The pool on the back was filled with flies wasn’t clean. The breakfast was limited and repeated. Also the pools are not private.

Property decor is beautiful and in a quiet location but not too far out from restaurants/shops/beach. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The hotel itself was great, however, the property across the street has some abandoned cars and trash which reduces the value of the hotel.

Everyone at the hotel was very nice and friendly. The breakfast was amazing and we felt treated very well. The hotel is new and modern. There are a lot of restaurants nearby. The bed was comfortable.

The location. Great, well run hotel in a depressing area!

The hotel was wonderful. New and creatively designed. Spotlessly clean. Our room was amazing - very clever bathroom designed - and a great rooftop terrace. It was a lovely spot for a sundowner and watching the mountains disperse disappear in darkness. The owners and staff were attentive and took great pride, rightly so, in their hotel.

Only two things - some construction near the pool spoiled experience a bit and there was a problem with opening the room door. Everything else - perfect.

Booked a room with shared pool - amazing experience, private entrance to the pool right from your room - love from the first sight! You can also order food from the restaurant nearby to your room through the reception. Delicious and lovely food. Breakfast also was great.

Huge bed! We were a bit concerned the listing only said double bed, we would really have struggled with a 4'6" but it was a king size!! So was the TV. Very comfortable room with lovely views to the pool and the mountains from the spacious deck. Good choice of breakfast with eggs cooked to order and the best cup of coffee ever. Although there's no full time restaurant the taverna next door is in the same family with a very comprehensive menu. The wood oven pizza was excellent and prices all very competitive. And the live rock and roll at Posto di caffe is the icing on the cake. We will be back! The beach is very close, just a short walk across the road and there's plenty of parking.

Newly opened family hotel with extremely nice staff and owners. We've stayed in room with private pool and it added extra romantic to our stay. Nicely decorated rooms and the entire hotel. Breakfasts were good, all what was needed is there. We can recommend hotel :)

Some minor things that could be improved: Was told during check-in that breakfast was open from 07:30 to 10:00, but it was in fact not ready until sometime after 08:00. Somewhat differing options, some days there were pancakes and croissants, other days there weren’t. Would be good if it was available every day. Also coffee was good, but would recommend learning how much foam there should be in a cappuccino for example, to make even better coffees. Missing some hooks in the bathrooms to hang towels etc.

Very new hotel, really clean and modern. Friendly staff. Great rooms, quite large, good balconies. Great nespresso-machines in the rooms. Aircondition working great. Relaxing and quiet pool-area, always available sunbeds. Short walk to an excellent sandy beach. Breakfast was good with lots of different options and fresh fruit. Really enjoyed our stay, will return.

As the hotel had just opened there were clearly some unfinished work (for example illuminating lights on stairs were installed on our first day) and the function wasn't in par with facilities. Our room missed some basic bathroom and other accessories (towel holders, racks or something similar), glasses were too tall gfor the Nespresso machine, the door upstairs didn't lock properly and there was no safety deposit box in the room. Also, the hotel worker said that breakfast starts at 7:30 but at least on our first morning the breakfast was served around 8:20 earliest, which was a bit unfortunate as it was the only morning we had a bit hurry to get the breakfast. These are small details which probably are fixed in coming months and the hotel will be even better later this year.

The hotel had opened just week or two before, and it coud be seen positively (very clean, everything was new and modern, nice TVs in the room, excellent bed, nice rain shower, great A/C) but still some parts of the hotel wasn't ready yet (some TVs were in the packages in the lobby, missing some basic things (bathroom towel / shampoo holders, racks etc.) Great breakfast with breads, fresh fruits and juices + other local and continental breakfast items. You can get omelettes/fried eggs and variety of special coffees (frappes, capuccino etc.) by request and the service was excellent. Pool and sunbeds were open 24/7 and it was great to have as in July it was so hot and sunny. The area was nicer than I thought, some small shops, couple great restaurants and beach closeby (although you need to pass the bigger road to get there) but still pretty peaceful and away from the party hotels. Still, I recommend having a rental car to get to the hotel.

Service staff were undertrained - didn’t know how to make cocktails for example and wasn’t a 4 star experience service wise. Although they were all very nice and attentive, just not trained for proper hotel service Breakfast was not good. Same food repeated everyday, and lots of flies outside where the food is sitting Nearby restaurants were not great but good price
