Our stay was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The host was awesome, super helpful and always quick to reply, both through the booking platform and whenever we called. They even went the extra mile giving us great tips for exploring the island and bringing us more towels as requested. The location was spot on – really close to the center of Zakynthos (Chora), so we were just a few minutes away from all the shops and cafes. The place itself was very clean, well-equipped, and exactly like the photos showed. It felt like a home away from home. I would definitely recommend it! If you're heading to Zakynthos, this place is a no-brainer. Thanks again for an awesome stay!

There was nothing not to love!

We absolutely loved Ninemia Villa. The location was perfect and the facilities were excellent. Our host left us treats and wine as a welcome gift. The house was very clean and well looked after. It is exactly like the photos.

It’s so rare there is nothing I didn’t like, but I can honestly say it was amazing!

To start off, the landlord was the most helpful host I have ever had while booking a stay. Any questions I had he would reply within the hour - usually within minutes! To explore Zante, renting a car is the go-to option and this host provided a private space next to the accommodation - which makes it so easy! It was clean - very clean! Had everything we required and would absolutely stay again when we visit! The fruit upon arrival and lovely woman that showed us around was really welcoming! Thanks again, not only for allowing us to stay but for your amazing support during our stay!

we like everything about the villa, it’s so lovely and cozy, well-decorated just as the pictures show and has everything you need to live a while. the balcony has great sea view and the Spa tub is so comfortable after a day tour, the host is so nice and considerate, really took care of us during our stay. everything is beyond expectations, we are so happy we chose Nenemia villa, will definitely come again and highly recommend!

The villa was just liked described- even more beautiful. Giannis was a wonderful host, always reachable, super friendly and was able to suggest restaurants and attractions. We loved that the villa is designed with so much love for details. If something missing you can always reach out to Giannis. The absolute highlight is the terrace with view over the city and location - you can even walk to a bakery.

Yianni was an incredibly kind and gracious host. His property was spacious and ideal for our group of 5. He was kind enough to leave us welcoming food / drinks and even made arrangements for sight seeing throughout the island. His place is about a 5 minute walk into the heart of Zakinthos town, making it an ideal stay for venturing into the town for food and shopping, but a removed place from the lights and noise at the end of an evening. My whole group loved the view, hot tub, and overall layout very much. Thanks Yianni!

Very poor cleaning, especially kitchen/oven was really bad. You get a house with a kitchen in order to cook but I wouldn’t cook in this kitchen House is a lot smaller than it looks in the pics No separate shower, have to shower in the bathtub without a curtain and the whole bathroom gets soaking wet as a result every time someone showers House is advertised for 6 ppl but kitchen only sits 4 and living room barely 2 people in a tiny (old) couch Uncomfortable beds Not great value for money

Owner was waiting outside for us to arrive, plus nothing is too much trouble for him one quick message to him and he will help you the best he can. in my opinion a five star property, good value for money and excellent service
