Groundfloor apartment was spacious, nicely furnished, clean and with great sea view. It had nice large terrace on two sides of the house. Beach just in front of the house was very peaceful, often with no other people or just few. There are couple of restaraunts in a very short walking distance. Host (family) was very friendly and made our stay there a pleasure.

Fantastic location next to the sea. Any nearer and you would be in it! Quirt area as we required but Tavernas / bar very local serving good food and drink. Lovely family owned apartments that were cleaned to within an inch of their lives. Never stayed anywhere so spotless. Air conditioned rooms is another big bonus. Real homely feel to be given a food and drink starter pack plus half way through our week to be given a fantastic home made tart that was just the BEST! Gift on leaving was just the icing on a very lovely cake. We travel a lot and this one. Couldn't beat this for value for money. Will return!

Everything was perfect.

Our stay at Niriides apartments was amazing. The apartment itself was very clean and beautiful, with big balcony with amazing see view. The fridge was full when we arrived. The backyard was also very nice with toys for kids which our son enjoyed, there is also grill area, we used it twice during our stay and it was lovely. The beach is right in front of the apartments, with sand and rocks, not croweded at all. There are 3 nice restaurants which are very close, mini markets are about 20-25 minutes walking in campings. The owner is very friendly and helpful, we didn’t have car and he took us to supermarket in Kissamos the first day. Cleaning was every 3 days and the ladies did an amazing job. They even made us delicious cake. I would definitely recommend this place!

The most amazing room in Crete !!! We've been many places and it has never been as clean as it was in Niriides. Perfect view and house to chill, very very quiet, all well equiped. Yiorgos and his parents are amazing, so friendly - made us a cake, brought raki and olive oil, fruits, etc ... We were so happy and had great vacations ! WE WILL COME BACK ❤️❤️❤️👏👏 !

We totally enjoyed our stay at Niriides apartments! Yiorgos and his family were so thoughtful, friendly and kind!! From the apartment you can easily go to chania, kissamos, elafonissi, Balos and other areas in the west. The village and the beach are very quiet and perfect to relax and to go for smaller hikes accompanied by goats and sheep. The apartment was perfectly clean, the view is spectacular. We‘d definitely recommend a stay at Niriides apartments!

We stayed in the ground floor apartment and absolutely loved our 5 night stay! The hosts are an incredibly friendly and welcoming family who want to make sure your stay is perfect. They were also very conscious of COVID and the apartment and stay was set up ideally in that regard. We especially enjoyed the large outdoor area and perfectly groomed property that leads out to the sea, where we could easily jump in the water and then take an outdoor shower all just steps from the apt. Inside was also well set up and had everything we needed for an extended stay. our only regret is we didn’t stay longer!

The apartment is fantastic for families (we traveled 2 adult and 3 children). Perfectly clean, spacious and fresh. The kitchen is very well equipped. At 50m there is a beach of pebbles (the sea becomes immediately deep). At 100m there are some taverns and a beach with umbrellas. The position is perfect for visiting the beaches of Falasarna, Elafonisi and Balos. The nearby center of Kissamos is a 15min drive away. We thank Yorgos and his family for the great welcome! We recommend it!

Really nice apartment villa managed by a Cretan family, in garden with irrigated green lawn, just by the wild beach. Large airconditioned apartment with 2 spacious balconies, bath with tube & shower. Hearty welcome, drinks and food for the first dish available in the fridge for free, as well as a huge amount of olive oil, coffee, tea, butter etc. Well equipped kitchen. New towels, bedding and cleaning once in 3 days or upon agreement. Large homemade cake after the first cleaning as a surprise. Beach chairs, children swings & slide, garden shower and a grill terrace with a brick grill, table and chairs in the garden. Parking in front of the plot. Small public (stone) beach ca 100 m away, beach umbrellas and beach chairs there for free, resp. upon some consumption in the beach café. Calm, far shallow sea, really clear water. Two good tavernas and a beach cafe within 3 minutes distance. Car is an advantage as the food stores, bakeries or supermarkets are available only in Kissamos (5 km). Excellent quiet place, far but close to overcrowded tourist centers and beaches. Really relaxing holidays!

The appartment is very quiet, with nice view, close to near town. The rooms are very clean. There are fool equipment. The landlord is hospitality and very kind. Our vacation was perfect - relaxed and sunny.
