How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

Very spacious and luxurious. The hostess went the extra mile by providing snacks, and enough to tie travellers over for a day or two. It had parking in the property, and within walking distance to the Main Street, restaurants and all amenities.

Everything was great.
We were absolutely thrilled with our stay there. If you travel without a car it has an ideal location - between the Kiani Akti beach and downtown. The rooms are clean and tidy, the daily cleaning is awesome. And the owner is super friendly and ready to help whenever you need it. We traveled with 2 kids 4 and 7 you and will be back with great pleasure

The apartment was spotless and quite spacious. There was a good sized balcony with a dining table which we enjoyed using. The windows provided excellent soundproofing and there were screens and shutters to make the rooms dark for sleeping. Good AC, hot water and water pressure. Nice to have a washing machine. They also provided a drying rack and clothespins. The host didn't speak English but we managed using translation apps. Everything was new in a small building that just had vacation rentals. Location was in a residential area but just a 5-10 minute walk from the main area and the waterfront. For just 2 people it was a bit expensive but for a small family it would be more economical. Would stay there again.

Nice, clean, nicely and modern furnished one bedroom flat, well equipped with all you need for a short stay. The flat is a few minutes walking distance to Parga's beach and the town centre. The bed is extremely comfortable. The communication with the owner was easy all the time. Recommended.

Everything! It was beyond my expectations. This is literary a lux apartment. Very spacious, many balconies, air conditioning, 2 bathrooms, the cleaning was done every day and a good cleaning! The host is very polite and fun, she was helpful! Parking is free near building.

There nothing to dislike
The Hosts are Brilliant ( Efi and Hope). Our flight was delayed, so we arrived quite late. They went out of their way to pick 8 of us up from the airport, as we were struggling to get a taxi. I was amazed; I even thought at first that they were joking. We were welcomed and treated with respect. They helped us with numbers to get take away before leaving. Although there were bites and drinks left for us in the fridge. Early morning, Efi was back to check on us to make sure we settled in well. And she came every morning after that. The rooms are exactly what you see on the pictures. Apartment is Lux and Comfortable. You will definitely not be disappointed in the apartment. There is anything you can think of available to use in the apartment. Town is a few minutes walk and sea is also about 20 min walk. I cannot recommend Nk Luxury Apartments enough. Thank you so so much for your hospitality. We really enjoyed ourselves.

The hosts were lovely. We had a flight delay and they waiting for us until 1.30 in the morning. The property was clean and they had provided a lovely breakfast and drinks.

The owner speaks little English but we managed to understand each other. The location is great, near the sites we wanted to visit and at walking distance from high streets. The area on the contrary is not stunning but this is Greece sometimes and we had no problems at all.
Everything was perfect. The flat was very clean and has been cleaned every day. Kitchen was complete of everything including a wellcoming set of fruit, soft drinks etc. Really pleased, I can recommend.

Accommodation comes first. A wonderful apartment in a great location, close to the center and the harbor. Recommendation for accommodation. Wonderful people, always ready to help you. And of course Preveza is a nice little town.

The only thing I regret is not staying for longer, but thats my foult not yours!!!
I liked everything!!! The apartment was beautiful and the service was top class!! We were supplyed fresh towels every day!! It was like staying a hotel. I will for sure recomend the apartment!! The Lady picked us up from the airport, and that was not included!! What hospitality!! She received us with a big smile and her beautiful daughter was the translator!!! We had a wonderful time in Preveza and stating in the apartment was part of our very pleasent stay!!
