Absolutely loved the location, it's literally a 5min taxi ride from the airport and then the flat is 2mins from the supermarket and 5mins from the beach, restaurants. The village is small but the beach and beach view is stunning, and that's exactly what we wanted, so it felt quiet and relaxed but never empty, and there are some great places to eat/drink and sunbathe by the sea, Horizon Bar and Vios being highlights. The flat was exceptionally well finished, with a modern Smart TV, and easy to use A/C, it honestly felt like we were staying in a brand-new hotel room. The hosts were also incredibly friendly. We were greeted, shown around and they even left us a bottle of wine. When leaving they kindly let us store our suitcase during the day and then booked a taxi for us back to the airport.

Modern apartment, well structured/furnished and kept very clean. Very well located, 5 min from Mastichari beach, shops and restaurants. Also close to the airport and easy access to other villages and beaches. The hosts Zoi and Nikos are amazing people, besides being there for anything we needed they also share good tips to enjoy Kos, they definitely made us feel very welcome. No doubt we’ll be back and highly recommend.

Zoe was really lovely, and so helpful. Apartment was immaculate, lots of space, everything you could possibly need. About a 5 min walk to the centre of Mastihari. Great hairdryer, TV and aircon.

Would be great to have small playground for toddlers somewhere on the territory (e.g. plastic castle with a slide and swings). there was a bigger playground near by but quite frankly it was very old, dusty and not safe for little ones

very clean and tidy place , walking distance from the beach, grocery stores and tavernas. This place was perfect for us and our toddler. Mastihari is also a good area to be based in, we had a car and anywhere we needed to go was within 10-35 mins

Not much. No beach views, but you can’t have it all.

Property must be one of the most modern apartments in Mastichari. The place is only five mins stroll from the main area (so close you don’t notice), and there’s a great bar with ocean view just a couple of hundred metres away. There’s also a public pool with snacks just 100m up the road that’s a nice change from the beach. Supermarket just down the road as well (a couple of mins walk). Apartments have full length electric external window shutters which keeps them cool, make it super quiet (it is anyway) and gives a great sleep. Highly recommended.

The welcome we were given by the owner Nico and his motherJoy We liked the position, the cleanliness, well kept property. It was modern and the facilities in the apartment were all we needed, we also loved the peaceful location. The bed was the most comfortable we’ve had whilst staying in Greece. Very informal (and even friedly!) relations with the owner. The separate entrance to the apartment which we had (it was excellent for travel in the Covid-19 time!). There were found many useful little things in the apatrment both for the bathroom (soap, shampoo, lotion, etc,) and for the kitchen (high-quality dishes, full set of glasses, etc.). The apartment was very clean all days.

Not enough privacy on balcony as only a glass screen between apartment so the sound travelled. Also the outside steps but dangerous they need a white strip painted along the edges.

Brand new and exactly as the photographs it’s our 10th time to Mastihari and these are the nicest apartments we have stayed in. Even had a bottle of wine and some water waiting for us when we arrived Nikos and his wife made us feel really at home
