The only drawback is that you'll definitely need to drive if you want to explore Rethymnon town, as it's quite a distance to walk from the accommodation to the town center. Considering the price we paid, I think this hotel offers good value.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights while visiting Rethymnon town. It's located right in front of Koumbes Beach, alongside other holiday homes. The suite was very new and well-maintained. We had a room on a higher floor facing the main road, which could be a bit noisy with the balcony door open. The property has a lift, making it easy to move our luggage. There's an open carpark with a small entrance leading to the beach, which you have to drive slowly to notice.

There were some stairs to b property and in the property - be aware as can be difficult when first arriving ( busy street ) Would be nice to have washing powder for machine and basics like tea / coffee .

It was Very comfortable , clean with a great sea view ! Location was just outside the old town ( 15 minute walk) Parking was close by . A/C shower were terrific

Must descend a ramp to access the lobby, tricky with luggage. For the elderly: ask for help, do not risk a fall.

Brand new, very comfortable, elevator, great bed, useful kitchenette, beautiful views. We loved the location, a bit away from overcrowded Rethymno. Good restaurant within a 3-minute walk (7 Thalasses), excellent coffee ½ minute walk (Noulis).

The artaments near the beach, had a comfortable bathroom, a kitchen, a lovely balcony. It was clean, tidy and comfortable. The apartment has everything you need. We were received and escorted hospitably. Great place in Retimnas, recommend it 👌

The sofa wasn’t that comfortable to sit on for very long. Also, the downstairs bathroom (with the tiny shower) had an unpleasant smell (like sewage) for unknown reasons. The upstairs bathroom did not smell at all. If you have a car, it may be tricky to find parking spots along the busy road in front of the building.

The property is so beautiful and modern with the most beautiful views. It’s right on the sea front with direct access to the beach. The price was very good and the location is perfect, near restaurants and the Old Town is only a few minute drive away. It was everything we wanted and more. Breakfast delivered to our room every morning. We will definitely be back in the future and would recommend to anyone

There was no esspressor in the room or lobby and the stairs from the street to the door of the facility are quite uncomfortable with big luggages, it's not a problem in itself but it would've been good to know beforehand.

The main road was busy but when we closed the veranda doors we could not hear a thing.

Beds and pillows were not great but perhaps typical for Europe. Shower was busted but the property manager helped walk us through how to work it.

Pre-packed breakfast a little disappointing.

Location excellent on outskirts of Rethymno (10 mins walk). Spacious, clean, comfortable large bed. Sea view balcony. Property provided sun beds and access to beach. All areas kept very clean.

We loved the place but the pictures for my room makes it look like I would have a little patio and a lounge area with beach chairs that would be mine. In fact it was a shared area. I had the downstairs split level apartment.
