How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Thee was only a sheer curtain on the windows in the bedroom so it got bright early in the morning. There was a little bit of noise from the airplanes but there were not a lot of flights late at night so it was ok.
Easy instructions to get to unit and I was met when I arrived to receive the keys and other information. It is walking distance to the airport and also easy to get to the old town area. I felt safe walking around.Unit was large and comfortable. The washing machine was also very convenient and clothes dried quickly on the line outside.

It is beautiful and clean - and close to the airport. Airplanes can be heard flying overhead, but not at night, so it was no issue.

A little out of town but the walk into town via Garitsa Bay is beautiful which more than makes up for the distance.
This was perfect for our last day in Corfu. VERY conveniently located for the airport, and the wonderful host Spyridoula was kind enough to look after our bags after we checked out, allowing us to enjoy the whole day in Corfu Town before a late evening flight. The apartment was spotless and extremely comfortable, and we felt very much at home. Thank you!

Very nice apartments, extremely clean, very attentive staff. We arrived early and Mrs. Spirinella did everything to accommodate us as comfortably as possible. I thank her very much for such attention. The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the airport, but this did not disturb the peace. It takes 20 minutes to the beach or to the old town, but it is a very acceptable road through interesting narrow streets full of Greek flavor. Everything was great, I will recommend these apartments wholeheartedly!!

We chose this property due to its location as we had an early flight to catch and airport was within walking distance. Noise from airport was not an issue. Location was great not only for airport but also for visiting Corfu town . The property itself was immaculate with great amenities and very comfortable . Our host was very friendly , informative and gave us good restaurant recommendations. We really enjoyed our short stay.

There is no dishwasher (for those who want to cook on their holidays, we didn't mind). Actually, there was nothing to complain about.
This apartment was more than we expected. Very spacious, clean, nice kitchen, big bathroom. There is a private parking behind the object. The host (Spyridoula) was very friendly, provided us with all information and helped us with our requests. Position of the apartment is not in old town, so we had our peace during the nights. There is a big supermarket 5 minutes walking distance from the object.

Because it is close to the airport you can ear the plane flying above us.
Very nice apartment, it is very convenient to stay there if you have a early flight. The airport and city center is reachable by foot. The apartment is very well equipped (dish washer, washing machine) and the host is very nice.

Not super close to restaurants, but we were only staying for proximity to the airport as we had a 5am flight so this didn’t bother us. There is a grill shop is about 5 mins walk, otherwise it’s approx 17 min walk to a strip of restaurants. There is also a supermarket 8 mins away which has everything.
Great location to get to the airport - only a 10 minute! Perfect for early morning flights so you don’t need to rely on taxi’s. Close to a supermarket. Great accommodation for the purpose of being close to airport. Not close to old town, so without a car you’d have to pay 10€ each way. Very spacious room, great shower & air con. Nice outdoor patio space.
