One quite unfriendly female staff member who seemed to want to avoid contact. Not even a response after we greeted her in Greek.

Good location and proximity to Pozar baths, restaurants and very clean. Nice size room and great water pressure for the shower. Easy access to a number of sites and museums in Pella and Naoussa. Two very friendly and kind staff members, the gentleman on reception and Tassoula (?), who was usually on hand at breakfast, which was plentiful, varied and of lovely local specialties. Despite lack of English on their part, these two employees were very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend.

The wifi was extremely slow. I used my data connection most of the time.

The room is spacious with a bubble bath and sauna built in. The bubble bath overlooks huge glass windows with a nice view outside while still being positioned in such a way that its not visible from the buildings around. The bed linen and towels were spotlessly clean. The ac worked quite effectively. The bathroom was also clean and everything was working. The bed was comfortable. There was place to park 6 cars just below the building.

It is a cozy hotel 5 minutes from the Pozar Baths Complex. Will stay there again.

A beautiful guesthouse in a beautiful location, close to the warm pools of Loutra. Very welcoming and helpful owners and the staff. Excellent buffet breakfast.

Every thing was great

Very clean , a big room with Jaccuzi inside. Breakfast was good and reach served on the terrace. Parking in the hotel entrance.

In the room small cooking area, nothing provided. Breakfast needs more thought. Very basic, not very appealing.

the room is quite new but the bathroom and the equipments are old and used. Breakfast was ok, but eggs,sausages… were cold

A hotel that exceeded our expectations, located in the shade of plane trees. The spacious room with fireplace gives a touch of romance and the large balcony is the place where you can relax in the coolness.

The chalet style architecture. Unique to Loutra Amazing view from our balcony, very peaceful, and the sound of the brook across the road wraps it all. Friendly, hospitable management Well done to Nico and Anastasia who advised us on the eateries And attractions Available nearby. Nice breakast buffet, small, but has it all. Highly recommended

The side bed lamps needs attention The lighting effect is very poor

The location, close to the thermal baths. It looks like chalet type of accommodation The rooms are spacious extremely comfortable. The one had a jacuzzi right inside the room, a huge plus, very seldom seen in any other hotel. The sound of the river across the hotel is so soothing, pleasant to hear. The view from our balcony was superb Good buffet, simple but has it all. Excellent service rendered by the management staff Nico and his wife Anastasia, assisting us in the various selections of activities and eateries available nearby

Rooms have basically no sound insulation. I could hear the people in the room opposite the hallway like they were right outside the door.

Management went above and beyond to make sure that there is gluten free bread for breakfast(they had to order it from online)

It's not what we didn't like, it's that the bath was hard to access for me but we managed. I'm a leg amputee but luckily I've a leg that water proof

the place is beautiful, in a peaceful environment The room was big, clean and very comfortable.. The breakfast was very good and they manage to keep covid regulations. I had some personal issues and the owners did their best to assist me and were extremely helpful and service oriented
