We preferred some of the restaurants in the harbour as they provided a more greek dining experience (10 min walk).

Our room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. It was great to relax beside the pool. We used it as a base to walk Mount Ida - which was stunning!

Exceptionally clean, modern friendly resort. Very large room with excellent facilities. Lovely lounging areaa around the pool. Excellent choice for the buffet breakfast. Excellent beach bar.

Crete is a big island you definitely need a car and everything is far. Nostos is the town of Bali, which is 45 mins from Heraklion and 1.5 hours from Chania. Great location, beautiful beach view and very reasonable priced. You just have to cross the street for the beach. Lovely buffet breakfast, and you get to enjoy it at the outdoor seating with the beautiful view of the beach.

Really lovely hotel nice and clean. Only downfall is that there is only one englisj channel on the tv and the receptionist isn’t to welcoming. There was no hot water sometimes I’m not sure if they turn it on at a certain time or if it just wasn’t working. Amazing deep pool and lovely sun beds the top pool was a bit busy. The staff in the the nostos cafe are lovely wouldnt fault it. Definitely recommend

I cannot complain about a single thing. My daughter would have preferred evening and pool entertainment throughout the day but I explained it isn't that kind of hotel. For me the location was a bit far to travel out to main areas, but it was less touristy and serene.

Everything, it was beautiful. It is the first time we had a junior suite, surprising my teenage daughter with the hot tub was great. The staff are friendly and welcoming.its quiet and peaceful. The cafe attached remember your order, should you visit and return wanting the same. The location from our front door to the pool was less than 10 metres and to the beach, seconds away The views were unreal, especially at breakfast of the mountains. It seemed like we were there for ages because of the peace and with no entertainment, we made our own. It was a perfect relaxing break.

amazing staff, happy vibe all around the place, lovely design for all facilities, pretty views from the breakfast terrace. great location, right by the sea. Balì is very nice and a great option if you are after relaxing days and scenic walks around the bay. special thanks to the hotel manager - a kind, helpful and super supportive lady who always smiles. she seems so proud of her hotel and staff and was incredibly polite at all times

The only thing is the fact that the beach sun beds are not included. You need to pay for those.

We love the breakfast. There was plenty of choices to make everyone happy. The staff was super friendly and help us on many points. The room was big and super comfy. They are two pools on site and a lot of sunbeds near those.

The non stop annoying and repetitive music at the restaurant. I would have preferred to be able to hear the sea waves. The hotel has chairs and umbrellas on the beach, but you have to pay a steep extra fee. The beach cove is nice, but the sand strip is narrow and every inch is covered with lounge chairs. This location is somewhat convenient to visit Knossos, but for a beach vacation there are better options elsewhere in Crete.

Very nicely decorated hotel with a modern Mexican vibe and very friendly staff. Breakfast is very good and you can eat it while watching the sea.

The hotel is really well finished, super trendy and clean it has everything you need! The rooms are spacious, the staff cannot do enough for you, the location is spot on and even the beach bar restaurant has fantastic food 🤌🏼

The bathroom walls has dust.

The area is nice , easy to reach other citiez ,quiet place , you can have any different foods on breakfast and dinner too , very kindly servering at the dining place . You should really try the homemade Baklava !

Big rooms with great attention to details. It had coffee machine which was much needed after full day of activities. Close to Livadi beach. The cafe upfront has awesome vibes and music for late night food and cocktails.
